    Yes, I stayed til the end and I truly appreciate you taking the time to show us how the painters work. It looks a little intimidating to me but I guess all things do in the beginning when you try them out. You make it look so easy to do....
    Talk about saving time, those little guys could save the day when you have a lot of projects to complete....

    Thank you for talking about the importance of straining your paint!!!!! I have met so many people that think they just need more air pressure, when what they really need is to strain their damn paint! LOL! Also, if you don’t have a mesh strainer, old pantyhose work beautifully.

    Hi Melanie....always a great feeling to gather pieces needing same color and knocking them out quick....I have sprayers and paint brushes...and like you....use both depending on need and time.....also great to knock out a bunch of smalls even if for base coat! They are a little intimidating at first....my husband owns a body shop and used to paint cars for a living back in the day....he is the master of the spray gun...so most times I get Everything ready and he sprays for me....thanks for sharing😊k

    I watched to the end am seeing a lot of people it seemed to have helped. Many people feel very intimidated when first trying a sprayer out. I suggest getting some real large pieces of cardboard use some cheap paint and spray away get a feel for it and your rhythm it won't take long and you'll feel much more comfortable doing the furniture.

    This came at the perfect time , going to try a sprayer for the first time on a dining table and chairs , it was free so if I mess up I won’t feel so bad and then there is sandpaper to fix it I suppose . Been feeling intimidated by it but you make it look so easy .Thanks for the encouragement ❣️

      Good! I suggest getting it all set up and using water on a piece of cardboard to get used to the settings. Then you will feel more comfortable with paint

    I stayed as I failed big time painting the inside of my art studio. So picture this, I have a full length yellow raincoat on with a hood which I had up sunglasses barefoot and I go inside the building and start spraying. I didn’t watch where I was painting I just held my arm out and sprayed. It made for a very interesting look when I was done🤪

    What brand pancake compressor do you use? Do you feel using such a small tank is a problem or has issues?

      I have a dewalt. If you have space and money get a bigger model. Mine works good enough… but sometimes bigger it better I would imagine… I would not know lol 😂

    Hey Mel! I’ve never sprayed DIY paint but I do have an HPLV sprayer and a critter. I haven’t used the critter yet. Your explanations on how to use and how to clean was great and so so were your pieces🥰 I’d love more tool tutorials😊

    I stayed. I'm unlikely to ever use a sprayer as I don't have enough outdoor space. The detailed videos are great though, and I'm looking forward to learning more about other tools. Electric saws would be handy. 🤗

    Wow, wish I had seen your video this afternoon. Tried my HF sprayer with rustolem furniture and cabinet paint. Added some water, but I guess not enough and didn’t strain, so needless to say not a good result. I’ll try again with more water. Great video, more please!

      Try making it the consistency of milk and always remember to strain when you put it in the sprayers cup.

    How many gallons is your compressor? I've heard these guns won't work on the smaller ones most people have.

      @@VintageMakeoverswithMelanie Well dang...I have 6 gallon California Air. I returned the new sprayers I had purchased and went and bought an Earlex. I didn't want to try it out only to have it not work and be stuck with it. You're the only one that has said anything less than a 30 gallon would work. Wish I had seen and asked this question first!

      @@kathleentorres2010 well shoot. I use it and it’s just fine for furniture. My good friend that sprays soooo much more then me has the same.
      I would not feel confident painting a house lol. But seriously I have not had problems. Maybe the grass is truly greener with a larger one… but I wouldn’t know. 😆🤔🤷‍♀️

    I stayed until the very end. One question…on the sprayer end, which way do you spray for each setting? If you spray side to side do you want horizontal or vertical? Spraying up and down horizontal or vertical? Great video. It looks like you are diluting 2 parts paint to one part water?

      @@VintageMakeoverswithMelanie Melanie, I bought a spray gun and when I got it, the fine print said, "...need a 30 gal air compressor". Those things are HUGE and heavy. Are you (or did you) spray all of those pieces of furniture with a 6 gal. air compressor?

      I use this all the time I spray. I don’t want a big one around. I don’t spray all the time though probably once twice a month
