The best part of Friday!
Yes sir
No doubt about it
Second. Waking up is the best part!
Yes it is the best part of Friday....but also there's Friday Morning 🌄 Model Cars and Coffee ☕
Hey Collins Bros. fam, we would all love to see another video a week. Not a CW really, but just an 'update' type thing, or just a 15-20 walk around the shop to see what's being worked on.
You all have outstanding editing and content quality! So naturally... WE WANT MORE! Lol.
(AND, it would effectively double your YT watch time ;)
@@scoobydoo7443 I was thinking of the restoration projects they are doing now. I know Dennis has to be quite busy, but it seems like the millenials may have enough time between CW episodes to produce a short video about the status of restorations, acquisitions that didn't make CW, and maybe what the guys are working on. Collins Bros. is way more than a parts shop now, and I can't be in the minority of people who would love to see more content. I'm sure we would all love to see completed Jeeps with the Black Mountain treatment as well.
Dennis' knowledge has rubbed off on Alex over the years, and that young man impresses me more and more. He's a hell of a mechanic!
Either way, new vids or not, I'm a fan for life! By the way, my Dad had that exact same car, (bought in 1969) without the soft rear window. It had what he called a race motor from the factory, but the paperwork was lost along the way. He traded if for a Lotus Europa john Player Special, but he loved the 912 so much more than any other car he ever owned. We tried to get a runner as a father and son project for a few years, then the prices just got silly. We lost dad on Father's Day this year (2022), but I still am on the search for a somewhat affordable 912 to restore and pass on to my kids.
I completely respect your comment Scoobydoo, I see your point of view. My comment was just very wishful thinking! I'd love more people to chime in!
Agreed but I will be satisfied with anything they can produce. It takes a lot of time and effort to do what they are doing now. To produce more content the quality might suffer and I don't want that to happen.
Amen.. bro.. Amen..
Also, it would be great if Kelsey did a video once a week going over her favorite project or just showcasing a completed rescue. That would reach out to a new demographic and broaden their fan base.
If you’re a gear head, working for Dennis has to be the ultimate job.
Yea I'd love to travel the world and watch him rip people off
If you like to drive a truck hours on end, but yeah, looks like fun.
Congratulations on everything you have done in your life Dennis
You are living the dream
I love watching your videos
"Teamwork makes the dream work!"
Love it!
Some people are a guidepost of how to treat others. Dennis is one of those. Kind, respectful, fair, and treats everyone with the same respect. Well done my man!
WELL SAID! 🎯
Dennis, we've been seeing you buy a lot of these classic Porsche which is great but what we really want to see is the actual restoration and seeing them run. You guys are awesome and keep up the good work!
Sadly pretty sure he just buy's them & flips them quickly most all the time. Just like Richard at Gas Monkey. Out for the quick buck.
This is a huge pet peeve, a motor is electrical, engine is internal combustion.😊👍
Again, another awesome video from the Coffee Walk crew. I'm originally from Pa and some FYI for you and your fans, where I grew up everybody ate scrapple. It's good with ketchup or maple syrup. As for what's in Scrapple? it's whatever is left over from the pig after you used everything else, or as we called it the sweepins or whatever got swept up got cooked up. Again thanks for the great video!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep-em coming.
Representing LINCOLN AND OXFORD‼️💙 come by again sometime
One and done? Dennis didn't bring his flashlight? Outstanding as usual!
I love how James even with Dennis is like “ yes sir” or “ yes ma’am” with the waitress
That man shows respect all the time, regardless of it's his boss, or the cashier at a gas station. True gentleman.
A man who was raised right. My mother always told me, manners are free and you never run out of them. James is my kind of guy.
A true southern gentleman.
Oh , yes he’s very polite !
His positive attitude helps make the show! Agreed, true gentleman!
I always told folks that never heard of scrapple that its made from whatever is left over from making hotdogs…lol
I'm going to have to say this again !!! But please tell these people how to hold a knife and fork ....... love this videos
That's also missing from my collection too.
You should consider getting a set of Guniwheels, would improve drastically the time you take to recover on site the cars. They fit different bolt patterns, and are able to spin, allowing to recover cars with stuck brakes.
👍 Good Tip, I learned something new.
Yee...
Haw...
Porsches and updates, and possibly some outtakes?
Have a great weekend ya'll
Another great video Dennis.
Love the updates addition.
Speaking of, the Trans Am. When cars were built of steel with minimal plastic, that when you close the drivers door, the whole car shimmies. Unlike the disposable vehicles nowadays.
And the suspensions were greaseable.
Dennis I wanna thank you for doing Coffee Walk cause at the age of 62 i continuosly learn more every time and I want to wish you and your employees and families and your family a Merry Christmas and a better 2023 thank you all and god bless
Great find. The 912 looks in great condition considering. Can't wait to see it cleaned and polished 😍
unbelievable condition!
I'd LOVE to see an update on this Porsche after they get it all cleaned up!!
You can see why people converted the car top, that thing just looks wrong, but now it makes the car worth more
Thank you to whoever decided not, I repeat not to spin the tires at 14:23 mark. There was no need and the car looked so nice driving away normally.
You were 40 miles south of my area! I've lived here all my life and I never had scrapple, for good reasons......LOL.
Nothing rides like the old Trans AM's, Firebird's and Camaro's ...fit like a glove!!
Always such a quality channel. You guys are a class act!!
When I turned 16 in '77, my mother took me to a Porsche dealer and convinced them to let me test drive a 911. That was pretty darned cool. My mom is still one of my heroes in life!
So was my dad!
The fastest car we had then was a '68 VW Squareback. It had a Bosch injected Porsche motor in it according to my dad. Ive always loved wagons since then. I owned a Olds Vista Cruiser with the 455. The car I wish I still had! Now I own a Turbo Forrester and a built Toyota Hilux crawler. Both really fun, reliable cars. One fast, the other like a turtle that never stops. Both have taken me on some great offroad adventures too!
1/2 the kids at my high school were from the wealthy side of town. I dated a girl who drove her dad's old 912 and she'd let me drive it when we went out. Sweet cars. I wish Porsche made higher clearance cars, I can't resist driving offroad. Even my Vista Cruiser got wheeled. I saw top gear try to kill a 911 offroad!
Best time capsul on the 79 Trans Am Dennis!! Good job!
There is a company in Germany that buys Porsche and rebuilds them from top to bottom reusing all the parts possible by having them totally reconditioned to look brand new, including but not limited to, glass bead blasting, new chrome plating, their own original Porsche upholstery shop, a lot of original stock parts purchased from dealers all around the world, etc. The cost will shock you, it is for the rare collector but you get a car that looks brand new with a totally refurbished engine showing 0 miles on the odometer. They also refurbish certain model Mercedes.
Love the updates at the end . Can’t wait to see the Porsche collection 😊
Scrapple is a main breakfast item all up and down the East Coast! What a meal, enjoy!! It’s everything but the squeal!! 😂
Congratulations! Dennis and his crew are Great! Thanks for sharing
Look forward to your videos every week and they never disappoint
Great to see you drinking the black stuff , honouring your forefathers 💪
Such a class act. The Dennis Collins school of cool. You’re the man.
Dennis said " it's a German thing" on the food and so is,,,, A PORSCHE YES NICE save/ SCORE one more 4 the Coffee walk crew.
I'm not a Porsche expert I'm just a Porsche expert on liking them. Lol. Nice car!
definitely the best part of a Friday night in the uk 🇬🇧, outstanding video guys
I hope to see the Porsche when it's done! Very very cool and rare car. What an amazing find and addition to your collection! 👍👍🔥🔥
Beautiful car at the end too ! Those old porsches are such neat little go getters. And they are a absolute blast to drive ! Congratulations Dennis. God bless you man.
Always LOVING some Porsches !!
Hi from Australia again. Awesome episode - long time viewer. That's the way to do an update - some original footage to jog the memory. Outstanding quality video. Love it - keep it up.
Every week I wait for your show, thanks Dennis
That’s a dream find for me on that Porsche 912, great find keep up the good work.

All the way from Pretoria South Africa 🇿🇦
Thanks Dennis. Great find on the 912. Fun to watch. I always learn something from each show, just cannot remember it all. HA! Not sure how you can keep all that stuff in your head.
Ty DC!
Am so glad I came across your channel, The cars and your knowledge is fantastic. I have alot of back videos to watch which is great.best wishes & stay healthy
great find! i saw one of these cars in a grocery store parking lot maybe 40 years ago in South Carolina. never forgot it and always wanted one.
The 912 registry lists 66 were built in 1968 and a total of 120 currently listed in the registry were produced from 1966 to 1969.Hope this helps what a find.
Great video as always, that Trans Am is a really nice car, really low miles. I would love to see the GTO again, keep the videos coming. Always a pleasure to watch such friendly and respectful people at work.
So envious of Dennis! I would LOVE to have the ability to hunt down...and BUY a fabulous Porsche like this.
Glad you are (for me)!!!
Merry Christmas to all your hard working team,!🤶💥
Little late to the party.
Good day from mid Tn. I hope everyone had a great day.
You are a very cool dude Dennis... And your staff is not half bad either. Congrats on this super find.
The style of these never look dated, Luv to see it after a wash and paint clean up.
love the car showcase at the end, i would love you guys to do that with the ones you have for sale at the end of your videos for like 1 min or so, you have some cool inventory i think you should let people buy outside of usa by showcasing it here. I assume you can help with shipping.
Love love love that 79 T.A. Wow ❤️
Outstanding ! 😎👍
Dennis. Just want to say you make me want to travel to your part of the world. I’m from New Zealand and never been further than Australia. I’m also an aircooled vw nut so love the Porsche videos!
I ALWAYS ENJOY THE ADVENTURE....THANK YOU DENNIS
Congratulations on an amazing car and to add to your collection 💯🎉
On this latest find try a little goop hand cleaner and that color will stand out. Use it for years.
Keep up the great work you guys.
First,Dennis is such a class act!
That TA is beautiful. It reminds me of High School My best friend had a midnight blue with 6.6. They pin stripped the bird on the hood and clear coated it. It was beautiful. Cruising with the T tops off down the drag.
Can someone teach Dennis how to hold a fork!
Yummm, Scrapple! It's an area thing! Great for breakfast. Has to be cooked in a black cast iron frying pan that is already seasoned.
I bought a 1968 912, Bahama yellow in 1971 when I came back from Vietnam….I loved that car…..
Former LU student & basketball player right here. Yes, I rocked the Orange and Blue for the Lions of LU.
Hey Dennis and crew! I most often watch Coffee Walk on TV and not able to comment there. Just wanted to drop y'all a note letting you know I love watching your videos. Thanks so much! Pat n Florida.
Great video and love the updates.
It really is the best part of Friday. Cool Cars Cool Food & Class
Totally best CZcams channel bar none. This is an awesome find. And Dennis we always get a laugh at the end with you and the fork 🤣🤣

Nice cars. Your burger Looked good!! Detroit Loves you guys!!! G
That's cool. I drive by that place every day. Never thought I would see you guys in Lincoln university. Talked to Roger about that M151 years ago.
I can tell you whats outstanding , thats working for Dennis Collins !! One cool dude in my book !! Lol .......👍
Outstanding!!!
Can’t wait to the 912 update 👍🏻
Love that shade of Yellow on car !
Scrapple is typically made of hog offal, such as the head, heart, liver, and other trimmings, which are boiled with any bones attached (often the entire head), to make a broth. Once cooked, bones and fat are removed, the meat is reserved, and (dry) cornmeal is boiled in the broth to make a mush.
Outstanding 🥳
My weekend has officially begun 😊😊!!!!!
wow! wow! wow! To find that car for sale, and it being fantastically preserved. A lot of labor there, but that Porche has nice bones.
Great find.
Wow that Trans Am is amazing!
Love at minute 9:09 "outstanding" = standing outside
Very nice Porsche. Judging from this video, I agree with your patina idea.
That’s unbelievably great. I would love to see what you do with it. Such a great car.
Love the Fuchs!!!!!
I was afraid that the video would be shorter than usual since getting the car went so easier and quicker than most are. As always I wish that they were even longer. Keep up the good work.
Scrapple is outstanding with ketchup on bread. Outstanding food. Enjoying the channel. Tks for sharing.
I had a 1961 356B 1600 Super and a 1977 911S Targa. I used to see a few of the Soft Window 912s and always wanted one. I didn't think they were so rare.
Scrapple has everything but the oink in it.
It is the best part of Friday......but Friday Morning 🌄 Model Cars and Coffee ☕ is kinda cool also 😎
Loved Scrapple my whole life it's big in Delaware valley.
Wow, Dennis collins in my hometown and literally down the road from my house. Unbelievable! Wish I could’ve meet you sir.
Really enjoy following your utube show
Scrapple is AWESOME!
Love the colour / patina
