Kenwood KA 891 with standby light , wont power on and no display light

This kenwood ka-891 proves to be a bit complicated to work on, the first part was having a standby light with no display, find out was the issue to get the display light working again...

I also want such a device for testing capacitors. but we don't sell them like that(((
