OK two questions: How does the accomplice know when to do it and how is it done in a zoo?
The magician and and the accomplice most likely have some hidden way of communicating maybe a small buzzer or in a different show he might say a particular phrase to tell them he is distracting the audience.
As for the orangutan one it's just TV editing.
I’d like to know how Cris Angel did that trick on a moving bus. I couldn’t see how an assistant could be clinging to the front bumper to stick it to the windshield
The Zoo clip is just an invisible cut trick, look at the moving reflection in the left side of the glass and you’ll be able to detect the cut.

If you're here from the orangutan video, he did it by editing the video you can see when he steps away to reveal the card that the reflection doesn't quite match the magicians actions, it's close though.

The few problems with this trick is that.. 1. the person could say 'stop' at an earlier spot (before even getting to the forced card) or a later spot (after the forced card goes past)...2 is that after thrown at the glass what if the king of clubs end up being in view of the person? (I mean stuck on the bottom of the glass or fallen face up on the ground?)
It's only a small percentage chance of this happening..still you never know.. when it's not your day everything you do may stuff up! :/ :)
About the forced card selection, actually the 'stop' is always at an earlier spot. You place the card you want into the top third of the deck, which gives you some room to work with. And then you just have to jump the deck to the spot right when she says stop. It is a split second thing, and even if you see it, wich is improbable, it is impossible to know that you did that little jump on purpuse, or it was a natural stop a split second later.
Unless you know what is happening of course.
If she does not stop you, you just slow down to the point where you nearly reach the card, and then stop completely, close the deck, and tell her that she needs to pick one, and start again. She will pick one much earlier this time.
BTW I had a magician friend, and asked him to make me pick a predetermined card, but he must tell me, which card Im gonna pick. And I gave him an unprepared deck of cards. He did not doctored the cards.
And he did it. Even that I was prepared to resist, he basically made me to pick that card. And I knew right away how he did it, but if thats happening on the stage to someone who is unprepared, would not realize what actually happened.
There are many techniques to force cards...
It doesn't matter where they say stop, you still give them your card. They can't tell. It happens so fast.

to do this you'll have to have to perform this only to one person , and you'll need a window of your own, and a friend behind it.
also, what if the volunteer went over to the window to inspect the window and saw the visible wax sticked onto the card, or saw the assistant hiding behind the window?

Right at this point there is absolutely 0 logical and explanation other than it being edited and I've watched the video over and over at least 100 times and the reflection and the orangutan and everything moves smoothly so there's no cut and I can't see where the edit would be so I'm settling for magic
