Not just the 90s kids, even the early 2000s kids, like me. I grew up playing the arkham series, and every dc show that had batman, I always wondered "how come batman always has the same voice?" I'd immediately be able to tell if someone else was voicing batman, because thats how much Kevin Conroy's voice stuck with me.

I remember I was playing arkham city when I heard the news.

My childhood hero and the man behind the voice inspired me to dedicate my life in helping as many people as I can. And that will never change thanks to Kevin Conroy.
I miss him so much, and unfortunately my heart will never heal

@@ThiccBoyChampa fr, when I saw this, smoke came out of my ears. Like I would agree that if Kevin Conroy didn’t get a proper send off with Batman, I’m all for being criticizing that on the game. But a post credit scene with the Batman image recreated to look like the intro of the animated series is a great send off considering that’s where he started with Batman. Plus I didn’t hate how Batman died in the game, I think it was justified since the evil Arkham Batman was literally had it coming considering he killed INNOCENT PEOPLE and picked up a gun then pointed at Harley.

I know that they added this after his passing, but every word that is spoken by Lois Lane's voice actor is spot on. Hearing and seeing this for the first time made me tear up... There will always be someone to voice Batman, but there will never be another Batman voice. Thank you Kevin. Thank you for bringing the voice of Batman to life. As touching as it was, it still missed the mark. They had Lois Lane doing the report and saying, "Metropolis, we will get through this." If the developers knew Batman, then they would have made Vicki Vale do it from Gotham.

Killing Talia, how he appeared and almost took over Batman’s mind even after joker died. How he killed Jason, how they first met, how he never expected Harley would kill Batman.
