I personally want a buff where you can zoom in while using grenades and his knuckle cluster. They can go just as far as his ult, so why shouldn’t they?

Ash Reborn needs to happen. Maybe not a full rework as her Ult is pretty sweet, but her Tac either needs to be given 2 charges that can be used while firing and healing, or totally change the Tac.
I'd love for her to be all about phasing. If she could do short range, instant phases as her Tac, that worked like strafing, rather than going where you're looking, that would be super fun.
As for her passive, I agree scanning death boxes just isn't the most useful thing ever but don't know what would suit her more.
Totally agree with a Ash 'Reborn'! Sounds like you sorta want a Skirmisher version of her.
Personally, I'd love to see her reworked into a Controller with her current kit, as it'd fit a lot with her lore. The Tactical would now additionally be something you could place as traps if they aren't immediately activated and have multiple on the map at a time. A new passive would be added to now let you set these arc-snare devices as a trap in deathboxes when people look inside them. Another new passive could temporarily reveal enemies currently within the next zone when using the Controller passive. The Ult would instead be a ranged attack that leaves behind an electric 'fence'.

I think that her ult should be her tactical. Considering Vantage, Rev, and Horizon gets a free reposition from their tactical I don’t see why Ash’s ult can’t be her tactical. That or her ult should be like 45 seconds. I think a cool idea for her ult is that she can portal onto an enemy and then grab them and use her portal again to send them away.
Something I never see Rampart players do is destroying Evac towers with her turret. You can destroy it in a matter of seconds. It’s been super useful, especially when holding teams that are running from storm

As a Crypto main since he released, Im glad to see someone truly understand Crypto's sheer utility. He can just do some much from grabbing banners and reviving, to seeing the number of enemies using the champion banners around the map. Hes insanely useful for teamplay if you know how to use his drone to its fullest
Ballistic Fan here, most of the people are using the tactical wrong, instead of using the tactical to initiate using it mid fight is much more effective, with enemies more likely to overheat and take the additional 30 damage. The ultimate gives the entire team a much useful combat boost by allowing them to pour a theoretically unlimited amount of bullets, combined with different buff guns in sling gets (sentinel already amped, rampage already charge) gives a wider spectrum to combat options.
I think Ballistic should’ve been higher as well. Slinging an Alternator has been ridiculous since the update
I was shocked he put him so low Ballistic is super fun to play I have survived and won so many third parties fights due to his ultimate
I think the amount of gold hopups on the floor gives him a big advantage. Ppl say u have to pick a gun that’s good barebones or one that’s good gold but the pk, wingman, and alternator fit the bill for both.
bro fr ballistic is amazing man i love his entire kit, he is the only legend in the game so far for me that has helped me down entire trios on my own, i ALWAYS carry havoc in my 3rd and the ult is not only good for that but the main thing is it's cooldown is SO DAMN SHORT!! AND it improves moment speed which makes him a God for agressive pushes
@@gatorb8610 bro fr lmao if i dont get a havoc i just pick any weapon which uses some sort of hopups and with the disruptor rounds in the game even MORE guns are viable for his 3rd, overall he is extremely powerful if you have a squad who knows what they are doing and even if not that and you are skilled you can take entire trios down by yourself

Great video as always - one thing to note that may have you and many others reconsider Lifeline is that since they changes the loot pool and more and more people are running around with white armor gives so much power to Lifeline's ult. I am not a lifeline main just a thought I had watching your video - thanks again for all the great content - it helps me when I finally get the chance to play

@@TimProVision There's also the small hitbox like Wraith has. Her passive is hit or miss as ideally you'd never have to use it, but can be incredibly clutch when it does work. Her tac can be good in fights to get a quicker reset or heal a tiny bit more before reengaging, but really needs a cooldown reduction. And then her ult can do stuff like create cover, provide a quick shield swap, etc. And then just being a support legend in general is *really* useful for ranked because of the banner crafting. To compare her to Wraith again, Wraith has an ult that *can* be good but the main part of her kit is just the tactical since her passive is completely forgettable. I don't main her or even really play her much, but I think she's a bit underrated, I feel like with all the stuff she offers against for example Wraith (mainly comparing em because they have that same really strong hidden passive of the small hitbox) I wouldn't put her more than 1-2 tiers below Wraith at most.
But that's all just my opinion!
My biggest thing with revenant is getting used to a different play style. He used to be more of a secondary fragger, but now he is an entry fragger. It’ll take some getting used to.

i dont think there should be an ability that makes someone else not able to use their abilities at all. its like sombra's hack from overwatch, its so annoying and doesnt make sense in a game based around abilities, so personally im glad rev doesnt have silence anymore

CRYPTO doesn't need buff, but rather a quality of life change.
His passive: its not really a passive since it's tied to his tactical. So simple add, just give all of his drone perks to him even when he doesnt have it out.
Tactical: make it so that when you press Q you can reposition your drone OUTSIDE of drone form like Vantage's ECHO and holding Q will make you go into form. This will make his playstyle more active.
FOR RAMPART: Just make her ult charge like Vantage's when its tucked away. Its so annoying when you use some of your ult, it stays at that ammo level unless you set it and destroy it. Or at the very least, let ultimate accelerants recharge partial ammo if your ultimate is still active

I think a neat buff to Rampart would be adding to/removing her current passive and putting in something like increased reload speed for AR guns, or maybe being able to scrap items for crafting materials though I can see that being used in a toxic way
Idk why but the reason I chose to main rampart is because you can cancel her ult to save energy. While you don’t use it much it’s still a very good feature and can save 10-20% of ult.
I agree that Rampart deserves a buff regarding her passive, I think the easiest change they could make that might be quite impactful is increasing her strafe speed whilst ADS with LMGs. Having it fall closer in line to other legends strafing with assault rifles. As for more of a revamp/ fun change, would it be an interesting change if Rampart would be able to spend crafting points in order to craft things on the go? Daily drops, Weekly Drops and season weapon crafting would be excluded from her crafting list. For balance, the price could also slightly be increased. This change fits her personality and also really helps her bunker play style.
I think she should have the same passive like maggie with the shotguns but with LMG's but Idk maybe it would be to OP 🤷♂
Rampart being moble crafter sounds like a great idea tbh. I've had the idea for rampart to be able to pit any hop up she wants on any gun, can place walls further anyway from herself & draws her gun sooner after placing a wall.

Revs crazy new horizontal wall climbing may honestly make him my favorite legend now. I used to love pathfinder and valk for vertical movement but rev just seems much more versatile even if he’s not as great at support
One of the underrated things you can do with lifeline is utilize her care package as a shield in wide-open situations. Saved the squad a few times this way i wish i was around for fast healing as a LL main.
The only tier list I agreed 100%. So accurate and so detailed. Great Job!

It would be amazing if lifeline just had a sort of stim gun or attachable drone for heals. I don’t main her but I believe it would help her be a lot more valuable to the team
I'm a mirage main and because I'm used to playing with him and know how to use him he still feels really good, so a buff would be the dream, but do agree there's other legends in the game that do offer more this season.
If anything were to happen to lifeline it would be bringing back fast heal. The revive shield is just what Newcastle does now so it would be a redundant ability
I agree with where Maggie is now.The Buff to shotguns, always will buff Maggie. I think the most underlooked thing is being able to craft a mozam with hammers. I have been running alternator with disrupters and mozam with the hammers. You can do some nutty stuff.
Mirage needs a buff for his tac. Imagine throwing out multiple decoys instead of the one. And they need to fix his decoy so it doesn’t disappear after hitting the smallest twig on the ground. 😅
New Rampart Passive: fix the shielded part of her fences to full health until the entire fence is broken
New LL Ult: Give one of her care package slots a crafter; each player can craft one thing only if they have crafting materials already
New Caustic Passive: when in his gas, gain a little bit of health regen(as much as wattson gets with her shield, not as much as octane)
The caustic buff is minimum i main wattson and her passive is basically non existent because 1 shield/2 seconds is too slow to be viable in fights and is more of a regen shields when rotating ect
@@Toasty_Jam78 bro I’m saying! I switch out between Rampart/Wattson/Loba… it would only be when gas is present anyway, making the seeing through gas passive better because you have a reason to take more fights in the gas instead of throwing gas bombs 20 ft away

i actually think you were spot on mostly. your explanation and game sense is really good and i think a lot of people would agree. id just put loba higher; and put balistic up and valk down. i truly think valk needs her old ultimate stats back as her passive jet and scan is what's saving her

Im a octane main and I think he could really benefit from a small buff. I think making his passive regen start sooner after taking damage could help bring him back to A tier. Or (better but less likely to happen) making it to where if he gets a kill while stim is active it extends the stim for like 3 more seconds that would be awesome. Fits into his character well too its like an adrenaline rush after a kill. Or make his jump pad able to launch people further. Whether its his passive, tac or ult a small buff could really make octane a viable legend. I get he had his run but his kit is very underwhelming sometimes

@@RugRider Dont stim around for no reason and leave your team a lot of octane mains do that. Use it to enter and exit fights where you see fit. And play to his strengths he has a small hitbox so play near cover and get really good at using the guns in the game. His kit is so straight forward and easy it allows you to focus on gunskill. Timprovision has a video out look up his “how to master octane 101” or octane guide something like that

As a long time maggie main, it confuses me why respawn nerfed her ult instead of fixing its bugs or buffing it instead. Wrecking ball has so much potential as an ability so its upsetting to me that respawn doesn't buff it in the slightest.

Lifeline should have her og season 1 revive as a toggle option (manual revive with shield 25% faster), barely a “Combat Medic” if she can’t revive you in open field. Then she’d be perfect
People underestimate lifeline. What makes her better than people give her credit for, is that she can knock people WHILE rezzing. She can get a team mate up with a health drone and you can also knock somebody. They pop a bat after the Rez, and a your 2v3 becomes a 3v2 in your favor. Totally changes the fight. Being able to attack and Rez is so slept on.
Yeah but the other person can just finish/reknock ur tm8 because they cant use their knockdown sheild

@@BigPro1123omg this!!! Yess!! The massive amount of teammates I get that play lifeline and don't know what body blocking is, is amazingly high. It is a risky move to make, but strafing left and right helps mitigate some of the damage. I feel like most LL's don't understand that your teammates are the most vulnerable when being revived.
Granted I've had times where I revive and push up, but mostly this is due to me having a lot of experience. When I'm playing I'm normally making a mental note of where teams are likely to rotate from based on hearing gun fire in the distance.
If I know a team is nearby, I won't leave my teammates exposed. I will say that playing LL can be tough. It's one of the hardest jobs tbh, mostly just playing good support in general. For me, when I do play her, when I see my teammate is taking a bunch of damage, I don't wait for them to get knocked, I make my way to them if it's safe. That way they won't be waiting around to be revived.
But I don't think people realize how tough it can be because of her lack of mobility and utility. I don't pay her much in ranked because most of my randoms will just leave me to die lol so I'm sad to say that, as a fellow LL main, I've resorted to using Newcastle lol
If they bring back her Rez shield, easy A or S tier
Give Lifeline an ultimate that’s more fun to use, maybe a revive/health pistol or a area of effect ability that heals teammates over time.
Ok, I believe that one thing they can do to at the very least help buff mirage is let his tactical copy fire fake bullets at will and make it so that within a certain proximity to the real mirage, mirage can see what his hologram sees, whether it’s a small screen on the top right or him switching his vision to his hologram. Thoughts?
Mirage holos can also throw fake grenades that for enemy players seem real until the “explode” and do nothing
Facts. As a mirage main myself, i agree 100% he needs something.
Imagine if within like 20m to your decoy you could switch places with him or something

The rev ult is brutal
People are over exaggerating, his hitbox is insanely big so he's extremely easy to beam.
It's so easy to beam him it's not even funny. The funny part is that revs like a boost of confidence just to get schmurdured
I don’t like it loads, it’s just ok
He is pretty decent imo. Even if the hitbox is easy to hit, its still an extra 75 health which is a pretty big deal imo.

I think evac towers gave Valk a buff, now it’s free aerial scans for the team has helped me a lot when playing with a Valk.
Dude vantage is so good. She sits back and spots. She is supposed to tag enemies learn about their squad, then send in her team while she sits back targeting enemies with the sniper.
I think caustic passive should be he gets slight speed boost in his gas and his gas is realistic like in compact rooms gas is denser harder to see Through deals more damage
I just returned to the game for the first time since the loba heirloom came out, as I moved to pc and just haven’t played since ! interesting to see how much the game has changed since then.
We need to be able to bind valcs jet pack to a different button because it gets in the way of wall bouncing

i think they should rework gibby's ult, the rest of his kit is based in shields so he could give his teamates an overshield, (like rev's ult). no shield regen on kill though and maybe they have to be near him? kinda like the balistic ult. i think it should be for only his teamates. the ult could also stop working if he gets knocked so the team hes fighting would try to target him cause he doesn't have the overshield and his teamates lose it when he gets knocked, and because he has to be near them for it to work he can't sit in the back so he won't die. i think it'd tie his kit together especially since bang already has an airstrike and it works better with her, and it still fits well with support role. i know gibby isn't in the worst spot rn and doesn't need a buff/rework the most but i think it'd be cool, just an idea.

This makes me happy tht i wanted catalyst as my 1st legend i buy. Got into a fight with one and was completely thrown off when i got blinded still won the fight though in a 2 v 3
first time i really agree with one of those lists, only legend i would have ranked lower is octane (he just doesnt do rly much for the team and 99% of the ppl who play him also just hold w and then die 3v1)
but also as a crypto main, i rly like how u ranked him. he is absolutly godtier in ranked when your mates know how to play with a crypto (mostly cause no one knows how to play against one lmao). gotta say, since i main him i also play him in pubs. and there rly is a big difference between this support-recon legend for ranked and the agressive, pushing way you have to play in pubs. but its both possible, its actually just dependes on how you use the emp (armor evo, a fight opening or selfdefending in ranked as example and then just hitting everyone u see with it in pubs XD).
regarding mirgae i think i would rank him a little big higher, he gives me the same vibes as ash - tactical easy to counter but the ult is pretty strong. but i gotta say, when u use the decoys smart, they bamboozle even high ranked players. and dont forget you can craft banners and open the support bins as mirage, that alone rankes him at least c tier for me (no im totally not biased with him and bloodhound as my 2nd mains lmao).
also totally agree on vantages passive, the knowledge about the shields and how many the enemys are is absolutly strong. i mean i can also get that information as crypto with an emp, but thats not as reliable as literally just looking at the enemy.

Easy fix for mirage is give him 100% invis for .5 seconds when popping an ult, and at the point of activation clones should come out in a more random pattern vs just a circle of clones. Or leave it as is and give him an invis vs the glow.

I’ve maimed Newcastle last season and this. Numerous times I’ve had team members not happy about this and to then scream with excitement when I dive in on them after they have been downed and I drag them out of danger….only takes one good save to change peoples minds

Clearly you haven’t played ballistic enough, he is a very slept on pick. His sling weapon is crazy op especially when putting an alternator in it and the ability to have fast reloads and infinite ammo is game changing
he doesn’t win you games. His ult just makes you win harder when you’re already winning, it never saves you from losing
Lots of quality of life changes to Mirage would certainly be nice and I'm most hoping for his old Ult Invisibility to be incorporated back in as an alternate option.
Bringing back Lifeline's old revive shield if she is specifically the one doing the revive animation would be great!
Ash I'd love to see a total rework of (like Revenant) shifting her into a Controller role with more or less the same abilities. This would fit her lore better and the Ult could instead be used as a ranged attack that sets up a temporary 'electric fence'. The Tactical could now be set as a trap until activated and 2 could be on the map at a time. As part of the passive she could set one in a deathbox as well. Her old passive could be a part of her Controller passive, giving extra information than normal when scanning the battlefield.
Fuse should have their Ult be more consistent. Whenever an enemy gets hit by the outer ring for example they should take the full affect. Also, I'd love it if someone gets caught within the ring of fire in its initial landing it would apply the fire effect, rewarding accurate placements.
Would love for Vantage's Ult to provide more consistent and better information as a Recon.
Horizon could get her Tactical changed to only affect her and then further adjustments could be made to make it more balanced but hopefully also allow for more creative plays.
I think changing that tactical for horizon would kill her she would have no team playmaking abilities other than her ult
@@Toasty_Jam78 Maybe, but Revenant is the first Skirmisher with that kind of Tactical now too so I figure Horizon might be able to survive with the same treatment.
@@jakiru8783 fair point but alot of her other uses like blocking doorways helpinging knocked tms would be thrown out the window revs ult is his team ability he is like the tank but horizon is the one helping the team push up and to be fair her her ult can the team ability.. what im tying to say is every legend has to have one ability that helps out the whole team even rev has it in his ability to tank alot of damage for the team but horizons ult cant physically help the team out but i could see this happening if other abilities got buffed like her old ult

I think Ash should get a wall run passive because she's a pilot and a simulacrum like Revenant so it's weird he can climb walls high but she gets no movement buff despite being a non human but to keep it balanced, you can't just wall run instantly easily, like you can in titanfall but instead there should be a metre or bar like valkerie has where it's always empty but when you move it fills up depending how fast you move. So basically a momentum meter and when you stand still it quickly drains. But the more you run and move the higher it goes and if you wallrun, it uses up the momentum metre and when it's empty you can't wallrun. So it's like a more realistic momentum wall run but also it's balanced because it encourages the player to move around instead of just wall running easy. And like real life you have to charge it up by moving to wall run. If you just do a small run to then jump onto a wall, you'll get a little wall run but eventually fall off so it's encouraged to ( like real life parkour) the player to do long runs to build up momentum. So in short, more momentum, more wall running. I think pro players that do advanced movement would really like a legend that awards fast movement other than octane but also for the casuals, it's a great way to encourage learning advanced movements and improve their skills in movement. Or if they want a simpler buff, I'd say make it that when she uses her passive to track enemies from loot boxes, they shouldn't get the notification they've been spotted or maybe they should but make it less obvious

Tip: If you wanna play a silencing legend now that revenant has been reborn, play Seer. His tactical silences and cancels abilities for a decent amount of time.
Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if horizon is the next legend to get a rework because the reason she's so strong is how well her abilities work together rather than in isolation

Tbh I think ballistics abilities should be taken from a team sense, I main rev, my friend does ballistic and we kill synergize amazing, auto loader works great with forged shadows

The best trio is rampart catalyst and bloodhound if u think about it they all can work together really well.
I've been mainin revenant to unlock him, and for now I think he is really good if you know how to play him. He is best played with a good shotgun I noticed. Pretty much fly into a group, while the ultimate is up, get a few hits, and then fly away. 80% of the time, I've survived and killed at least 1 team member.

Honestly there's a few reasons people don't use Newcastle, I used to be a Newcastle main but his kit does have issues.
The adjustment on the shield is finicky, and the placement of his ultimate is far too sensitive. His revive is good but if you're trying to pop it in a right without gold, the delay between the end of the revive animation and getting your gun back out is too long.
I agree, he's a great legend but his kit requires far too much technicality and finesse at times
I think a well rounded buff for wattson is one of three things
1. Give her passive shield a speed buff to 1 every 1.2 seconds or something around that 1 every 2 is too slow and isnt viable unless saving shield while rotating
2. Allow her ultimate to stun enemies like her fences for like .5 seconds dealing 5 damage(cooldown of 5 seconds per stun can stun multiple players) in a 5-10 metre radius not too broken but able to throw them off guard and not allowing them to push too close without destroying her gen
3. Give her fences more goddamn health why does catalyst get 300 but our fences get 30? Atleast make it 100 so people have to accually think about how to breach out building without tapping the fences with a p2020!

Seers tactical doesn’t stop anybody on the move anymore. I don’t know how you could say he’s better than bloodhound when the silence is not even able to slow so if you’re hitting people with it, they have to be completely still which just doesn’t happen in this game. The only way someone is hit is if you have over the top comms where you don’t even fight as seer but just silence for your teammates. A wide range scan is way more consistent than a linear slow to cast one.
S tier is intriguing to me as people argue what is most helpful in high level endgame but excellent video

I’m a Mirage main, and you’d be surprised how often I can get away with reviving my teammate right in front of the enemy then using the cloak to surprise attack them.
