We just got the official order here in Michigan to shelter in place; this was the BEST topic for you to cover today! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you very much for these videos. They help me, but every time someone says "stay at home" it doesn't feel good. I am at home because I have various chronic diseases (which I can normally live with) but my husband has to work. I'm so scared I'll get Corona and die.

I so appreciate your "mental hygiene" tips so I don't make myself "sick" with this social contagion as well as not passing it on by "socially sneezing" on others with my stress. You are the Dr. Fauci of Mental Hygiene. I wish CNN / Anderson Cooper / Don Lemon/ Cuomo had you on their shows more regularly to share these tips!

Hi Dr Jud, could you have a daily update about insomnia? How anxiety triggers it and what can we do to help with better sleep?

In time of crisis I tend live in my head and detach from my body and my feelings so I can remain calm and functioning. I know this is not healthy as those ignored feelings will come roaring out like a flash flood at a later date. I am practicing mindfulness many times a day as recommended (so helpful), but was wondering if you had any other advice on how to live in your head, your body and process emotions all at the same time. Thanks!
