These awesome bites of awesome are actually VERY easy to make and they cook up wicked fast as well! These are perfect for food offerings if you are hosting the big game in your home! If you are like me and you enjoy making a Chinese New Year menu, or really need a good crunchy fix, then you gotta try this!
There are many ways of making these - often cited as "this is how my family makes them", as they vary ingredients from region to region in China. This gives you some flexibility on the vegetables to use and this would be a GREAT family project for rolling these up together.
