I like the little “isn’t she Christian?” It makes the whole song feel so much more evil
Maybe this is just me, but to me it seems that at the end during the

That the cheese or the intact back and the me or you are like related. As in, the person the protagonist of the song is talking to has the option between Cheese/Him a, for mice, stereotipically enticing thing, which due to mousetraps often leads to harm of them/death. Or to choose herself/the intact back and be without harm.
Just seems like that at least.
