@@ingmarw716 It's always the vehicle behind who is at fault. You are supposed to keep enough distance and attention to the car infront of you so you can break at any time to avoid collision. This knowledge is expected from drivers with a driver's license. IN GENERAL I might ad.
In cases where another car suddenly change lane in front of you and hit the brakes it obvious a different thing. Thats recless driving. However, without dashcam recless driving is hard to prove.

My 3 favorites- 1. Koenigsegg, 2. Pagani 3. Apollo. I saw plenty of clips from all 3 that I haven't seen before so that was really awesome🔥and there are so many great and awesome cars in this vid. I love them all!! Wish there was some footage of the Saleen S7 or the ultimate aero tho

Don't mean to sound like an ass, but I work in commercial/insurance law and the major rule regarding rear-end collusions are that the following (driver at the back) must maintain a safe following distance as he must assume that the driver in front may be distracted by another vehicle and/or object. The vehicle in front has the majority right of way since he cannot anticipate that the vehicle driving behind him (with clear sight of his vehicle) would negligently collide into him. It's either he was not paying attention or he blatantly collided into his vehicle. So it is primarily the duty of the G63 to maintain a safe following distance
