    Some takeaways:
    - Learn from the greats! Study the design style of your favorite brands and try to emulate them. They’ve hired amazing people to do great work, why not lean on their years of learning? Lee-ann uses very similar spacing and formatting to Apple design, and it works really well for this case study.
    - Decide what your call to action is. Remember - your portfolio website is a sales page! It’s showcasing the product of YOU. Make sure the call to action is the number one thing you want users (hiring managers and recruiters) to do after reviewing your page.
    - Make it easy for hiring managers to select the right project. Recognize that they’ve got a lot on their minds, they make decisions all day long and reviewing your portfolio is just one of 200 tasks they need to accomplish to get through the day. What’s the ‘easy button’ way to help them decide what to look at.
    - This is the first time I’ve seen a content warning on a portfolio and I REALLY like it. It demonstrates a thoughtful approach to the user experience for someone reading the portfolio.
    - Watch how you talk about who makes decisions - is it you? We? Who is we? Remember that hiring managers are a little wary about hiring someone who doesn’t have the skills they claim they do. Hiring is expensive, and making the wrong decision about who to hire doubles the cost, or even triples it. With the number of people you’re competing against, you really want to make sure you call out your best skills and make it clear what you’re capable of.
    - This is a great example of making a case study short but impactful!
Love the work, excited to see you succeed, Lee-Ann!
