- There are hundreds of dogs who live in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, even in the power plant itself. Researchers have sequenced their genomes to start to figure out: has the radiation induced mutations in the dogs of Chernobyl?

thank you you awnswerd a lot of my questions
Finally!!!!! someone who actually read our paper and understands what it really says and not the misinformation from popular mechanics etc. Ie." the dogs are mutating at a rapid rate". Great job explaining that our research paper states the dogs are likely the descendants of the dogs left behind and this will pave the way for future testing of low dose Ionizing radiation..
Oh wow, this comment watered my crops, cleared my skin, and funded my grant! Honored you watched, and so glad I could get those details right. Your paper was a joy to cover, and I’m beyond impressed with the logistics involved in making this project happen. I hope the whole team is proud of the work you’ve all done!
Thank you. Yes watched the entire video. Impressed with your accurate analysis
Puppers for the pup god! Dogs for the dog throne!
The dogs of Chernobyl maaaaay be super heros but my dogs are definitely super “something”!
Thinking of the dogs the soldiers killed in Chernobyl could have had an even larger population! 😡
Not sure where you got that information. There were no dogs killed by soldiers at Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
