It was with Jari but after that it hasnt been consistent. Who is the clean vocalist, if i remember it was bassist and guitarist doing cleans
they had their troubles to find their own style after Jari left. But now they finally have found it and its awesome
This entire album is pure gold!
Their latest album " Thalassic" (means " relating to the sea" from ancient Greek) is all about tales & legends from the sea! First time the band has ever written an album this way!!! It's also their first album featuring new keyboardist & clean vocalist Pekka Montin! 🤘

Jesus Christ or rather Turisas! Even here, fucking 17 years later there comes a Jari-Highpriest assaulting us with their 2004 news that Jari Mäenpää was the original vocalist of Ensiferum. You Wintersun people are the vegans of metal.

I think the tale relates to classics like Tolkien Beren and Luthian. A very old forbidden love. Maybe Genesis Adam and Eve. Cast out for their forbidden disvovery. Something like that i guess
