I feel the invasive energy, the aggression attacking myself. I think I am my worst enemy, and often wonder if I’m too crazy. But when I’m in the water, or snow, it smudges down the self judgement!thank you fingo ❤
It's beautiful to see how the elements can help us in various ways. More times than not, the battle is often our own self talk. Not all the time though so don't beat yourself up about thing too much. But once we begin to approach ourselves, victory is imminent 🏆
