I am often on fasting and pray 5 times a day. I often fast from 8 pm to 6pm the next day. I have testimonies that GOD answer prayers especially when we are fasting with a genuine heart. GOD fulfill my heart desires. GOD open doors and made a way where there's no way for me and my children. I pray also for every soul in this world. Fasting do moves GOD and HE rewards us. GOD is a covenant Working GOD. Thank YOU my Father GOD for the Rewards for my fasting and calling out unto YOU. YOU are a Perfect FATHER GOD. In JESUS MIGHTY NAME. AMEN
I want this experience. I have never truly fasted. This is my first time ever. Im on my second day and I havent had breakthrough yet. How do I fast with a pure heart?
@samantha tony in the journey of the Spirit consistency is key, Your fasting is not what brings the result hence you will depend on your strenght to fast but rather it only puts you in proper alignment to Recieve and chat a course for the kingdom

Very informative but the whole caked food around your intestines is misleading. Plenty of people go to have a colonoscopy and there's noting "coating" their intestines.
A colonoscopy only views the large intestine (Colon), not the small intestines which are the bulk of your intestines. I've seen the scope footage and even after fasting 24 to 48 hours they are never completely clean.
