Do agree, how for a mobile MMO its actually pretty fun. Yes its not super indepth than other titles, but that casual approach is actually refreshing. Be nice to see some PC Client upates some basic functions are missing which is missing a larger gamer base such as invert-axis gamers for one. Colour settings on text for the impaired. But for a launch, its doing great
These sweat lords who need their ego to be redeemed by cutting edge content can’t handle a game that has more casual leanings.
Looks good but growing up on console gaming since the NES my reaction time seems to still be faster then most these games can handle so it's slow for me. Playing on a tablet is a joke because it's one hand for character movement, one for command buttons and a third needed to move the terrible camera angles around. Once I got out of that first dragon group fight the game started crashing randomly.
if i play on mobile, i usually play for 10-20 mins at a time, on a toilet, for fun. tarisland is a bad mobile mmo for that
I had a hard time on my mobile phone.the game would close on me and had a hard time cause I couldn't zoom out.
I’m an ex-wow player and I started very cynical and negative but it’s won me over and I really like it now
1-All purchases and unlocks battlepass are only per character.
2-the game is p2w because you can easily buy all tier 4 gem and all top tier empowers and also the crafted gear ilvl 110 and the emblems and all faction contribution rep
3-PvP is a snoozefest and majorly unbalanced
4-No visual progression, I don't think this matters on the phone, but as an MMO in 2024 the game should have it. However, If you are familiar with mobile MMO you will know that visual progression matters very little because of how fast you are leveling up, you will see all the armor variance in one day and spend the rest of the week looking at the same set of gear with different ilvl, it's just a pointless addition.
5-I don't get the point of fishing, I can't sell my fish and the fish are literally just stats potions it is not rewarding.
6-Gender lock
7-time gated pvp is so bad no one likes it
8-challenge dungeons and raid are not rewarding enough.
9-the game story are very bad
10-battleground is not balanced and it is only range playing battleground
11-time gated crafting and vigor is bad
12-Extremely poor sound mixing.
13-Very bad transitions between game states (e.g., weather changes, cinematics to gameplay).
and you saying people hating for no reason that is funny that show how hypocrite you are.
Alot of these are in many games that are played and liked. Its a mobile game on its initial launch. Where more and more patches can add many of these additions to the game.
Can't argue with your list at all, but a hypocrite is someone that does the opposite of what they portray (e.g. a smoker telling you that you shouldn't smoke)
are... tier 4 gems even in the game? Tier 3 is purple and come at a rare proc chance from the highest currently craftable gems.

All this AND STILL 10X BETTER THAN WOW and I get paid to playtest as 3rd party.
To me this is a my main MMO i think with more seasons and stuff the game will be filled with just as much stuff as wow without the complex of the game
