TNA is good at taking stars that were never really given the spotlight and give them the chance to shine.
There’s no need to argue each other,dude. I think WWE should give young talents a chance on the spotlight. It’s their time now who they are and what they want to do in the ring. Old wrestlers are done entertaining us in the past which I still miss them but time flew so fast and everything has changed.

Noticed Drew mentioned Dorian Yates. A lot of drew's basic workouts are from your classic body building books. When he said don't get all fancy...that might be the most accurate statement in the book. You don't need all that fancy shit to build muscle properly. Because this basic workout works.. 100% agree.

During his first run in wwe didn't really care for him, but when he went to tna as drew Galloway I started to notice him more and that badass look he was developing, and tna did a good job of pushing him into the main event picture and won the tna world title,really never thought that he would return to the wwe but I'm glad that finally after 2 years of being back in the wwe he finally won the world title and from of all people Brock lesnar,for a while there I was wondering if he'd ever win the title but drew McIntyre is the face of wwe and I feel that he should be champion for at least until thru summerslam.

I do all compound exercises the only unilateral exercise I do is lunges and I don’t do them that often cause I’m usually strapped for time.. I have to workout in the evening.. so I typically do my warm up.. start with flat or incline dumbbell press and then do either flat or decline press, military press,dumbbell rows,squats and deadlifts

Yes, building a foundation is key like squats, they release major hormones ! But also realize muscle burns calories too!! Fast metabolism has benefit
Also more frequency, this training won't cut it, it looks like a basic bro split. It has no frequency of hitting the muscles. You have to hit the muscles multiple times per week

I tend to only use the power station and use 3 exercises out of 5 depending on the day of the workout, but squats is always the main exercise, tend to only do compound exercises generally as I find it saves pissing about with other exercises in single muscle groups, but, to each their own!

@@ammar675 there's two things I love: Working out and drew McIntyre. Got a good physique and decent amount of experience myself. But drew *might* just be on juice. Not saying he's definitely on something, he can be natural because he obviously has great genetics, knows his stuff about fitness and he's been training for about 15 years so I'd say a 70 percent chance that he's natural. The only 30 percent doubt I have is because most of his growth came in the last 6 years, like, he blew up all of a sudden. But again, it could be maybe because it took him a lot of years to get his training/diet on point

The guy is on gear for a good amount of time now and assuming he has access to the best quality of drugs and actually wants to live longer, the safest possible way is TRT.
