Very good tool but shit token system some time not success key programming and take the tokens which is lost not refundable and in the end if the work only zed full account is full and nothing in your account
Notes: power zed from other source, not obd port, after reconnect bcm turn on flashers/ lights to wake it up (might take awhile) also customer told me new key was from Audi but zed wanted it in the zed antenna before final programming. Also if zed locks up, I did go back and restart process - didn’t have to disconnect bcm again and zed still had the data it read earlier and finished programming.

Only power plug from bcm needs to be removed

How would you unlock the boot if all keys are lost when the only key hole is on drivers door?
A auto locksmith would pick the door lock
Theres a cable under the backseat to release the boot
