Thriller/Neo-Noir student short film "The Killer's Ruse"

-A detective with wierd methods investigates a murder case that could be linked to a serial killer
This projct took almost 3 months to complete. It was by far the more organized and planned out one that i've done and the first time that i wrote a screenplay and made storyboards. I also experimented with color grading for the first time and focused on improving the audio quality to make the whole experience more immersive, or at least less distracting. Pretty happy with the results even if i still don't have a professional mic to record the lines and i had to do it with my phone placing it right outside of the frame. This film wasn't submitted to any school film festival due to the extended lenght but we are looking at festival options outside the school and even outside of colorado that are more formal and have a more professional atmosphere.
