- Hi guys , it was a task to find this house , but everything was so worth it .
It’s the prefect home for me :)
I used to apps called -
No Borker
Magic brick
Here are some points to remember while searching for a house .
1 - make sure you get the right broker . Ask him for sample pictures of the houses he has and decide for yourself if he can find foe you .
2 - Always take a house with no restrictions.
3- Check around your neighbors and neighbor hood as well .
4- Check water supply.
5- Check for good network inside the house .
6 - Nearest metro station, hospital and convenient stores around .
Over all, you will know excatly when you find “ The one “

2:34 when u posted "make sure you get a house with no restrictions" Although very2 true(as someone who expirienced that) i feel like it could easily be interpreted out of context by your viewers especially since most of your viewers seem to be young women in the early stages of education who could be taken advantage of easily, would have been nice if you had mentioned that a secure and safe location should be a main priority before anything else for anyone living out of the state alone/together, male or female from the Northeast since we are a vulnerable section of the society always at the receiving end of all streotypical abuses and discrimination.... Just a thought, Peace.

I also wanted to say one thing ..even though I'm from north I don't like the mentality of North ppl compared to south ...I have been living in Bangalore for 16 yrs ...just now came to Delhi ...my best frnd is from Manipur ...I love north east PPL always always find house in safe and crowded locality and b safe ... Love u all my north east brothers and sisters ...

Depends on the location, places like Safdarjung may get you 1 Bhk in that budget and if Munirka or maybe Kishangarh then you may get a good 2 Bhk. So it depends 😁
