I agree that you are good but should probably work with a mentor and iron out certain areas. I'm no pro, but even I can see a lot of stiffness. Maybe add in some blinking, some subtle breathing. But yeah, continue to improve and look forward to your progression.

The animation is great honestly, but I feel it has some patches that feel stiff and unnatural. Just fix those and you're golden.
