If I'm a 485 visa holder (Post-study Work stream) and have an eligible degree for a 2-years extension, how do I apply for this extension? Is it the same process as applying for subclass 485 visa? Would it be very risky to self apply for the extension instead of going through an agency? Also would it be better to apply for the extension closer to the current visa expiration date?

my brother is doing advanced Diploma in cybersecurity and it's 2 year course. Will he be able to apply for this ? It's VAT course

Do we also need a qualification relevant to an occupation on the SOL? Or does that mean we can take any course we want to apply for a grad visa?
