After a weekend of shows in Cincinnati at the Funnybone in Liberty Township, a woman decided to take over the show and try to out do the comedian. After she submitted the comedian continued with her for four minutes and fifteen seconds with lightening quick responses to her disruptiveness during the live show. The woman experienced and instant and overwhelming dose of karma. - Komedie
She definitely thinks she’s the funny one in her friend group.

She definitely saw a tweet saying "I'll be your 13 reasons why" and could only think of that when out on the spot. And it's still unfunny. She couldn't even steal a good joke.

Done a ton of stand-up in my life and this guy just gave a master class in dealing with a heckler. Put her on the spot and didn't let up or give her the last word. He was being nice too, most comics get their zinger in and then have people like this thrown out.
Glad you put this perspective out there. This is what people don’t understand. I gave her many many chances as I give many hecklers many chances. Plus it’s always nice putting the pressure on them.
There are times when you do have to throw them out but yeah, it's more fun for everyone if you can find a way to turn it around on them and give them a chance to settle down.

I can make a few decent jokes amongst friends. But I can't imagine being able to hold on the pressure to make nice fluid cohesive jokes like a stand-up comedian. Like many things, practice and skill development is a requirement for being able to do well.

As someone who has do stand up for a while it NEVER ceases to amaze me how some people think the world revolves around them and that they can compete with a person who not only has a microphone but also the quick wits it takes to be a comedian. The video afterwards explained A LOT💯 This is why I prefer ’Apollo nights’ because that crowd is not only ruthless they don’t take kindly to BS like that. I have seen 100’s of people get their comedic dreams crushed into tiny little pieces at ‘Apollo Nights’...it is both hilariously amazing & devastating to watch.

I can only imagine, as I am not a comedian...but I would think by watching these clips that a good comedian would secretly encourage hecklers!! It's like they are providing free material for the audience to laugh at. That way the material they have been working on can be saved for another show!!
