You're doing a fair bit of this for school, so of course you're gonna get more done than us shclubs who stab fabric so we don't stab people :) Thanks to your Stashbuster thing, I'm at least more acquainted with what's in my stash. Most of my plans right now are centred around finishing and fixing things rather than new projects, but I do want to use up the 5m of purple linen I got for my birthday to make a Victorian walking skirt and whatever's left (piecing is period!) into a spiral lace full length kirtle. Need to finish a hakama I started 8 years ago and turn what's left of one that disintegrated into a proof of concept wearable mockup Secret Pants. Those are pretty much the things I want done in 2024 (and repair the holes Un-Bun chewed in my support vest, the brat!) though I do have a pretty good looking mockup for stays so that may well become a project too. Oh yeah and new swimsuits for self and husband, how hard can that be? Kinda commited to that one as I've already purchased a couple metres of fabric for them. I'm sure I can make mockups a few times and still have plenty left...
finishing and fixing is so important, and i'm really glad you're part of the stashbuster. unbun and my buns have a lot in common. Fabric is not snackies!
@@bookhoardingOMG, so not snackies. And he doesn't just CHEW it, he EATS it. Thankfully so far he's got a cast iron gut that hasn't noticed several inches of sofa piping that has mysteriously disappeared, or the middle of that cotton dish cloth that fell into the pen, or the missing parts of the pot holders I use under soup bowls when I picnic on the bunny pen...
