So you say that I need data going through Google Ads to better optimize. Wouldn't broad match open up the search restrictions to have more data flowing through and not less? If I am doing smart bidding to maximize conversions with no conversion data, I could see how that could limit data flow.
I use phrase match or exact match depends on Search terms used

Yea, I think volume is definitely the biggest factor. BM needs a decent amount of search volume, or you'll be spending all of your time fighting irrelevant traffic
Would you recommend Broad, Phrase or Exact match for affiliate marketing.

You can still be relevant, but it's also not a main factor in and rank anymore. You still want high quality scores, but as rank is now 6 factors that don't include quality score. Video on this dropping tonight!
