Why is every reference to Toronto? Every single metric in Vancouver is worse than Toronto. Rent, higher, PP, higher, time to save for DP, higher.

â@@tegrity-farms9842well we had o&g in the prairies until Trudeau killed that off too. Manufacturing went to China and globalization, but it'll be back soon. Except it will probably be mainly America
