they can only work off the info they are fed, which is currently filled with a lot of 'wrong' info... just have to seatch somewhere liek brewfather for recipes to find a mountin of bad recipes because new inexperienced brewers post their recipes with no regard to the qualtiy, then when the beer is shit, they leave the recipe posted... so AI is including all this in it's calculations. Also, people don;t use AI very well, they just flip up a random question... I have this, give me a recipe, without trimming or fine tuning the result with further instructions.
Hi John Thanks for looking at this beer and the honest critique. This was the first and last AI brew for me and the last beer with extract. 🙂 This was indeed bottled by holding the bottle up to the tap on my kegerator, hence the extra head space. Moving on to all grain (using recipes from Hoppy Days Brewing).
I think it can be a good help when learning to create recipes, but it alkso requires an amount of understanding to check, so it can be counter productive.
The old Garbage in, Garbage out principle still applies. I think the AI programmes aren’t quite ready for things like recipe creation.

My pleasure mate, was an interesting taster. Hoppy Days have some great recipes., I'm sure you'll be making delicious beer...
I like these critiques videos, hard to get honest feedback from mates and family,
yep, family and friends often have an agenda...free beer, or they don;t want to hurt someone's feelings.
cool
Pubs open.🍺
I haven't tried AI in a beer or food recipe and I don't think I will. If something turns out not good I only have myself to blame. Cheers 😀 👍 🍻
