@@ronitrajput3934 The problem is that people claim these subjective observations as established scientific facts.
If someone feels bloated when they drink too much water before and after meals they are free not to drink. I personally prefer to drink a huge gulp after my meal. Like you said these are totally subjective. No one should go about claiming these as scientific facts.
Regarding alkaline water. Our body is excellent at regulating pH on it's own. Hence drinking alkaline water is pointless.
Sunlight is not an efficient way of killing germs. That's why we boil water or drink water from water purifiers.
Similarly copper charged water is also unnecessary because copper deficiency is rare, as our daily copper needs can easily be met through common foods.
Of course if someone likes the taste of alkaline/sun charged/copper charged water it's up to them. It becomes dangerous when people start peddling these as absolute necessities to lead a healthy life.

There is a chapter in 12th chemistry related biology. In that chapter, there is a topic about enzymes, they help in digestion and more diluted the enzymes are, less effective they are. As usual I always remind to people that development should be always first focus not religion. Instead of youtubers, these things should have been made as public advisory from certified medical professionals through our books, templates from local health sub-center or hospitals. Yes, I do have confusion on drinking water too but we should never encourage any cultural or religious practices with it other than medical science.

He is kind of a person who will say "I now know everything because i recently learned that salt is called sodium chloride". My point is if you interview him then you will find he is a irrational believing in superstitions like astrology or at least very deeply believe in "Vedic science".
