I am no ballet dancer but I will definitely incorporate these moves into my routine. Exercising has always been an important part of my life but I'm at a point where I'd rather focus on body awareness, balance, grace and functional strenght rather than heavier weights and higher reps. How often should I do this? 3 times a week is enough?
I'd say probably everyday if you can, if not then about 5-6 times a week
Will my arabesque be improved after two/three weeks
