I saw that Thomas swore in this and idk why but I felt like to had to brace myself for it. So there I sat the entire song bracing myself but I was trying so hard to prepare myself that I actually MISSED him swearing EVERY time. At the end of the song I waa like, what the hell? So I looked up the lyrics of the song, found where it swore, came back to this and then heard him swear. My literal reaction was just a nod. Started to have a panic attack and so I pulled up my playlist of saved songs. I chose this one and calmed down almost instantly. I love this Chanel and this dude so much! He's helped me and my friends to even start to understand our emotions and feelings for the same or opposite gender! He started to help my friend Alex (Use to be Bella) know who he truly was and is today. Keep up the aditude dude! This song is really powerful and it hit me hard. I love your singing because I love your voice, and I’m a singer too.... just only for myself. I know many of your songs like On The Borderline and Things We Used To Share and others. This is a cover I thought would just b e really cool and amazing for your voice and whatnot. I wasn’t expecting the raw, understandable, powerful lyrics. Add in my extreme love for you and your singing.... I wasn’t prepared. I’m crying now actually. I’ve been having a really rough time recently with my own anxiety and depression. I’ve been lying to myself saying it’s fine. But I listened to your video and I started crying. I realized that I needed to admit to myself that I wasn’t okay. So here I am. You help me through the darkest parts of my struggles with anxiety and depression and some other mental things. You’ve actually given me hope when I had none. I probably would have gone into a much deeper place and would have became a danger to myself. You stopped that. This song is full of so much passion and emotion. Your voice shows how deeply you understand the lyrics just as I do. I’m still crying, but I’m starting to learn crying is okay. And I just need to breathe. So even though I’ve had and am still having some really hard times, you’ve shown me hope and joy and inspiration and pure acceptance. Accepting anxiety. Accepting who I am no matter who I want to be. Accepting that it’s okay to have bad days, or weeks, or even just low points in your life. But I know now that they will lead to a better time. Thank you so much for being a huge influence on me, and I’m sure many others. What you’ve done is unimaginably impactful. I hope you remember just how much you mean to me, and other Fanders. I don’t think people realize how difficult it can be just to write a comment like this in the hopes that the person they wrote it for will see it.
