Fun fact for the Selaco tidbit: in earlier builds of the game, it was possible to flush yourself. Apparently this was considered a bug, so it got patched out.
Damn... I would have spent an inordinate amount of time doing nothing but that, had I played it "pre-patch"!

Multiversus definitely has a lot of great references and interactions between characters. For Rick one of my favorites would have to be "So, what's your backstory? You fell into a vat of uselessness?".

I spotted(well, heard) a minor detail in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake
Most of the time, his walking animation also has a *squeak squeak squeak squeak* sound effect from his shoes. If you change into the pirate costume which has a pegleg, the sound effect changes to *squeak thunk squeak thunk*. It helps to turn the music down in settings to hear it.
Seeing Jason teabag is actually diabolical.

It's more like dropping a "taint face" or a "brown nose", when done by him!
There's a quite nice easter egg in 60 Seconds. Sometimes when Ted (the father of the group) dies in the bunker, you don't see his skeleton, but instead a robot skeleton. That's a reference to Buffy S02E11 "Ted". In this episode Buffy's mother meets a new boyfriend, whose name is Ted and who turns out to be a robot. Ted also has the hobby of kidnapping women that look like his inventor's wife and keeping them in his bunker until they die.
In black ops 1, when playing as mason after you escape Vorkuta you can shoot Reznov because he isn’t really there.
In the game Fatal Frame, at least for the PS2 version, and I don't remember if it's the pause screen or just remaining idle, but if you wait long enough you will see children's bloody hand prints appearing on your screen

In MK1 one of Homelander’s Brutalities is the ear smash which causes the opponent to bleed out through the ears.
However if you do it to Kenshie, Homelander will call him another useless blind guy just like in the show.

In P.T. one of the requirements to get the real ending was to do various things that would cause a creepy baby laugh. Me and a few friends triggered a couple laughs and were farther than we had ever gotten when they decided to go on a smoke break, Im not a smoker so I paused the game and was waiting for them to come back because Im a chicken and all of a sudden while paused the baby laughed and I dont think Ive ever jumped up and ran outside faster. Evidently one of the things to trigger the laugh was just to sit on the pause screen.
If it's any comfort, if you had waited longer, you would just die.
@@alumpinyourbrain To learn more about P.T. this long after its gone is kindof amazing. It should still be installed on my old hard drive. The hard drive isnt compatible with ps5 and Ive been planning on trying to copy it, it had my post game AC Valhalla save, and my Eldin Ring data which equals probably an embarrassing long time but I only made it past the fire giant the day before my ps4 got fried by lightning in a storm.
The alternating Joker cards may also be a slight reference to an item in Dead Cells.
It’s a small detail but in Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends if you wheel the little sushi making robot out into the water on the beach his screen will start to fizzle.

Thanks for picking up the Hades 2 detail. There's more to it though. You can actually learn an incantation to prevent Chronos from unpausing the game, and he's not too pleased once you use it. It takes a bit of an investment to get, so I doubt you'll be posting that detail anytime soon.
Aside from that, there are voice lines that acknowledge your unusual behavior. If you try and fight Hecate without any arcana upgrades equipped, she'll call out your arrogance. Getting too far in an early run will cause Eris to show up and spike the difficulty. Clearing the second area on a surface run will trigger lines about how the game isn't finished and that you'll have to wait.
In spiderman: miles morales if your venom bar is empty and you try to use your venom abilities you’ll see steam rise up from miles. Cuz ya know it takes place in the middle of December

There's another interaction between Rick & Jason in MultiVersus. Rick says, "Don't worry, Scary Terry told me all about this asshole." Scary Terry is the parody version of Freddy Krueger, who definitely has beef with Jason! I remember hearing that line it at one point, & I thought it was so cool!
I found a hidden detail a while back in Guitar Hero 2. When playing the song "John The Fisherman" on multi-player, the bass player has a different animation when playing. If you play a different song, they have just the regular animation. The reason there Is a different animation, is because they are paying homage to Les Claypool.
If we talk about dialogue in Multiversus, I feel Mojo Jojo’s is probably the best. Especially since he breaks the fourth wall in the process.
A bit disappointed that the exploding toilet doesn't do any damage.
Its funny that bawlhalla seems to be the only good ubisoft game now although you have to unlock rayman and his friends
in spider-man 2 when you play as miles when you sneak around in his invisible mode and make a finishing move on an enemy that includes his venom powers, you can see the electricity flow through his nervous system apart from the regular electric showcase outside of his body when his visible

There's a gameboy and controller toy for toddlers that has a secret when you input the Konami code.
I don't know much about Multiversus but a similar game called Rivals of Aether has two cool visual details you wouldn't expect to see in a 2D game. In one stage, there these things that are like flags or something hanging from platforms. If someone dies, the resulting explosions causes the flags (or whatever) to flap in the wind.
There's another stage that's just a big hunk of rock falling into an endless pit. If someone dies there, the resulting explosion will appear to be rising since the stage is supposed to be falling. Since it's all sprites & the illusion of falling is really just a rising background, that means someone had to program the explosion to rise in that stage just so it would look right even though you'd probably never notice otherwise.
another hidden thing in Multiversus, on the Dexter’s Laboratory stage, you can see Deedee running around on the catwalks in the back. there’s also little messages on the code on the computer.
So I was playing the New Outlast trials and found a carpet pattern that looked like it was from the Shining.
I think I found an Easter egg in far cry 5, if you go to Jefferson's tower in Jacobs region near the wolfs den and is a part of the "gear up" mission, there is a red door hanging off the side and if you run and jump off of it, it will make the eagle screech and under it is a pile of grass like assassins creed, I don't know if you've covered this before but if you haven't I'd love to see it in the next video, you are literally my favorite CZcamsr and you are the only person I watch on the platform, thank you so much👍👍👍
Fun fact, In multiversus If you crouch with bugs bunny his idle animation is him looking through a box of items and If you wait he will actually spawn a random item that anyone can pick up
in a mobile game named dungeonslayer roguelike, you can equiped kitchen knife and skull head to get the easter egg
Rick has funny dialogs when facing the banana guard
If he suffers a KO from him he will say "OK step one I'm going after the banana" or "holy shit! No wonder the candy kingdoms been around for so long"

In sonic frontier you can roast meat on a fire pit like in monster hunter and it even does the music and animation.
IN Another crabs treasure, the fight with Inkerton is very similar to Bloodborn. The map icon, the weapon "Changing forms" and having a stance breaker in his off hand. There could also be other things, but this is what I noticed
I don't know if this was even a thing before or if it was covered already but if you speak to banana socrates in fortnite with a banana skin you can understand it, if you talk to him with a human skin you won't
Another part that wasn’t mentioned for Brawlhalla; the idle animation may be a nod to Sonic’s infamous impatience
In rdr2 there is a random encounter where the guy is badly hurt(i had the encounter somewhere in lemoyne) and asked if you can help before collapsing, after taking him to the hospital you can acutally see the doctor amputate his arm if you stick around after the doc said it wouldnt be pretty, thought that was cool.
Doesn't he also get hung later in the game if you do that?

I’m not sure if you’ve already covered it but you can find Rick and Morty in borderlands 3 in this specific corner near where a mission is given, “Porta Prison”. You can to go the Lectra City fast travel keep right, you should find them in no time
Thea is also doing a refence to the old sonic games, where if sonic stands for idle for too long, he starts tapping his foot and looking at a watch
In red dead redemption 2 the first mission where you go hunting with Charles you encounter a bear, usually you'll go around it or end up scaring it off but if you get off your horse and let it kill you the next time you mission start Charles will say "hey you alright back there?" and Arthur will reply "yeah just...thinking"
I don't know if you mentioned it before but another fun plants vs zombies 2 thing, if you defeat a mega zombie (the ones with imps on its back, i can't spelk it) with electricity, you can see that its skeleton is a dinosaur (might be a specific version of him though)
as fun as the Chronos one is, there are times when I'm playing a game I just need to do something else really quick. run to the restroom, bring groceries in, let a dog out, etc. if a game doesn't HAVE a pause function that's one annoyance, but taking it away is a whole other bag on annoying.
Alt+tab will pause the game. It doesn't run in the background.

Like I said last vid there's a detail in Payday 3 where if you you have the northwest b9 and inspect it with full ammo the character will throw the mag in the air when they catch it you will see bullets in the mag but if you have 1 bullet left when you inspect you will see no bullets in the mag when they catch it

I think Theas idle animation is am easter egg referencing another idle animation of another fast character. Tha t was the same idle animation of Sonic in Sonic 2 on Sega Genesis.

yo you should do Batman: Arkham Asylum where Players can blow up a wall in the Warden's Office to reveal a secret room with plans for a city-sized prison, concept art, and a stamp of approval or Adventure where Players can find an Easter egg by finding a gray dot, using it to get through a side wall, and entering a secret room that contains the programmer's signature
In Skate 3 if you're idle for too long and come back the game notices that and say "guess who's back"
