    Try turning the cord around on the phone or tablet, mine only works with the cord one way. Also, plug into the Chronograph first, then the phone/tablet, if that doesn't work do it in reverse, plug into the phone/tablet first, then the chronograph. Like mine, works great outside and with LED lights it works pretty well indoors.

      that cable should be the same on both ends, its a 4 pole jack and requires just a tad more force to get that last pole shoved into the socket fully, it may look plugged in but if you can see about 1mm of shiny metal its not shoved in all the way

      @@jasonbrown467 I had someone tell me to try turning the cord around, I did and it worked, now if it's not working I turn the cord around and it does the job. Not that they are all that way, but that came from a forum and others said the same thing, I tried it and it's always worked.

    i also planned on shooting indoors with my chrony and air rifles. i got my chrony back in july of 2020 and i havent got it to work correctly either. i have shot a few videos my self but i wont be uploading it until i get a solution that is 100% working 100% of the time. i just spent another hour in the basement tonight working on this. some times i can go 15 shoots without an error, other times i can shoot ten times and all come out as errors. tonight i turned off every single light in the basement and just used a head lamp so i could load pellets then i even turned it off to shoot and still have a large string of errors. caldwell screwed up my order and charged me for two of the light kits and they both showed up and i even tried to find a way to use them both but no change. if this light kit doesnt work in the complete darkness i dont know what to do next, but i will think of something, i have spend hundreds on various light kits and cant find what will work consistently.

      Mine seems to be pretty good now I bought some cheap stick on battery powered lights to go with the light Shield that they have and it seems to do the trick pretty well Outdoors I just use the shade with no lights although I still get occasional errands I think this may be the lower end of the cronies though

      @@FirstStateAirgun have you noticed that smaller pellets are detected less easily? they make a smaller shadow after all? im grasping at straws here lol

      Thats exactly what i also was thinking.😂😂 but i say mine works about 85 percent of the time with those 8$ stick on battery powerd LED lights

    Was the 2-3 errors with the amazon lights on?
    I guess I need to find lights the premium kit is 60-80$cad more and looking at this the included lights wont be enough anyway...it would work fine with only the amazon lights you think?

    • @FirstStateAirgun

      I still get errors every now and then as you can see I still use the same chronograph today it works outside as well

      @@FirstStateAirgun do you think the sunshade included lights really matters or it will work fine with amazon lights?
      The basic kit is already 120$cad+16%tax 😒 (pretty much the premium kit price in the US)

    Error 10? What is it

    • @FirstStateAirgun
      @FirstStateAirgun  Před 2 lety

      I am not sure what error 10 is perhaps a low battery but when I was shooting before in my basement with the fluorescent lights I would get a lot of errors so I bought them little stick on LED lights and I’m still using them to this day I had to buy a second chronograph because I shot my first one
