I've been to the Richmond Hill location twice. I had the medium wrap. It was just meh. The wrap was a long skinny roll with not a lot of meat and veg. Even though I topped it with everything. And it didn't look grilled like yours. The chicken was cut tiny like crumbs. Perhaps you should do some quality control over there.
