If you wanna check out 2I for fun and have some knowledge of other SF3 entries, Alex is an interesting character for sure I think. There's lots of things he lacks in both NG and 3S that he can do in 2I (as shown in the video). In a vacuum I think he feels like the best character out of the three versions, even if it doesn't help his (tier-)placement in this game too much.
Yea, bro has his strongest iteration in 2nd Impact fr Too bad everyone else in the game is way more cracked than he is (lmao) It makes playing him in this game very interesting though if you're used to playing him in 3S (or NG), since you can utilize his toolkit way differently (or more efficiently, I guess?) than in the other games. I sometimes play the game with him and like, 2 matches in I remember "oh wait shit that works, I forgot" since I'm used too much to not being able to e.g. link flash chop to SA2, and then start going for it in rounds.

Almost every character had a different voice actor / voice lines before 3rd Strike. Elena's is really good I think, and Oro's original voice sticks out as being very unique. I probably before both of them over their 3S voices. I can recommend giving the voices a listen sometime!
