    Wish I'd seen this 6 months ago, just finished my first season of junior coaching. We're usually similar to this, but I'm going to double down in future.

    So shooting, crossing, formations, transitional play… who needs ‘em! Just play small sided games, pretend everyone’s a midfielder, and perpetuate the idea that real coaching only happens for 30 min of a practice!
