Just wanted you to know I made this last night and it was delicious, my wife and I ate almost half the dish by ourselves - lol! We like to alternate meals so we're having fried catfish, mac n cheese and green beans tonight and will probably finish off the beef macaroni for tomorrows dinner. @@inthekitchencookin

No oil just salt and water. By adding oil to the pasta while cooking prevents the sauce from sticking. Just keep stirring the pasta while boiling and it will not stick.. Thanks

This looks very similar to the school cafeteria "chili mac" I remember liking as a kid in the '60's - I'm definitely going to have to try this.

16oz elbow macaroni, either it was a 12-16 oz pasta sauce and as much cheese as you prefer..

A little less than 30 minutes.. So around 20-25 minutes so the cheese can melt into everything..
