I like this tutorial.
But I would like a tutorial where we create the site on a local personal computer.
Every computer server is local to somewhere, and your site can exist on your personal computer for development purposes.

Just figured it out, I accidently deleted it and published then added blank menu pages. Had to re import the project and delete, readd, then publish!
