Hey, 1. I went to GoDaddy and bought a domain. 2. Opened an hostinger plan similar to yours. 3. I setup and once I got the dashboard, I see Wordpress admin link which I clicked. But it’s not directing me to Wordpress. Should I pay for Wordpress in order to use my custom domain which I created using hostinger ? Please support. Thanks bro

This was a great tutorial, thank you. However, my astra theme is NOT populating my logo in the header. Footer is fine, favicon fine. I"ve tried every fix i can find. I've cleared cache, a bunch of other things I can't even remember now and have even uninstalled, deleted, and then reinstalled astra. It is still doing the same thing. I've spent three days on this and hours and hours. It appears on reddit and quora others have also encountered this glitch but I don't understand anything people are talking about to fix it. Does anyone have a solution they can share as if they are talking to a 5 yr old?

Can anyone recommend a hosted site that we can add a store and a forum? TIA

My wordpress tells me it is not possible to install your theme because it lacks a style.css file. Can you upload it or suggest me a workaround for that issue?

Better than helpful. I have dyslexia and tech usually confuses me because people assume a certain understanding. I think in pictures and things have to make sense in my mind before I can accept them. However, still relative to today. With Elementor, just in case anyone is dumb-founded as I am - if you find the slider isn't the full width, I had to adjust the column box first before implementing the slider.

Dude! Starter Templates plugin now installs Spectra, not Elementor any more. Completely different story. Please update your video. BUT the Spectra builder may even be better for beginners, since its free version is more powerful than the Elementor free version. And I got really tired of being told to get the Pro version in Elementor for almost anything.

Thanks. I wish I had seen this video last week because my hosting somehow lost everything, including coding and plugins. After saving the site, I played around with it and deliberately deleted my plugins, theme, and even the updraft plugin to see how it worked. I had to first re-install the updraft plugin, then hit the restore button. And like magic, my site was all fully restored.

I want to delete everything on my website and start fresh but I'm afraid it will affect my SEO, google ranking. I'm very much a beginner and built my first site 3ish years ago with a similar creators video. Should I not worry about it and just do the new site?
