I'm very familiar with St Michaels Mount in Cornwall UK. I feel connected to it and my grandmother worked there as a cook when I was a child. Mont Saint-Michel is more stunningly, impressive with it's beautiful architecture and is a lot larger but my heart belongs to St Michaels Mount. I guess it's I'm my blood. Both are enchanting. A while ago I took a photo from the mainland on a foggy day. The fog surrounded St Michaels Mount above and below it looked like a magical castle floating in the sky. Whatever the weather, whatever the mood St Michaels Mouth is magical. I love your video it really lovely to see Mont Saint-Michel. Thank you

Yeah it's a highly regulated place. Any flight 5km around the Mont st Michel need a special permit

@@Deeps002 we are a French professional aerial crew and got the permit from the site itself, aerial protocols and French administration. Quite a process but worth the effort !

Have they removed the car park near the village? Access by bus only?
Yes, now it's a bridge that doesn't goes to the gate (it stop a few meters before so it can truly be an island). To get there it's only when the sea is low, by the brige or the sand. The bridge is only for pedestrian, the small free bus or the horse carriage.
It looks super green when there is no water around. This footage is from 2023 czcams.com/video/opawvgdGdrI/video.html. Now it is much more difficult to fly there due to drones restrictions.

salut j’ai une question je vais partir en voyage d’étude avec ma classe et je vais prendre mon mavic mais comme j’ai lu il fait vraiment avoir les autorisations?et si oui comment tu as fait pour les avoir ou je peux voler mais en étant prudent
Julien Zeender bonjour. Aucun drone de loisir n’est autorisé à voler à 5km à la ronde autour du Mont. seuls les pros sur dérogations peuvent en faire la demande auprès de la préfecture et du service responsable de cette zone de restriction spéciale

Et est ce que vous pouvez me dire où est ce que vous avez demander pour que je regarde mercii
Julien Zeender pour voler directement à proximité du Mont, il faut être pro enregistre à la dgac, avec du matériel homologué et les assurances (ce qui est mon cas en l’occurrence).
En loisir, regarde les cartes Geoportail qui t indiqueront les zones de vol tolérés à plus de 5km du Mont.
