I can't seem to find the kt tape you mentioned in the US, is it in Canada only? Thanks for the video, I struggle with a lot of pelvic pain and suspect I have endometriosis. The taping helps decrease the trigger point irritation I consistently have

I'll tried different methods of taping kinesio tape against PMS cramps. But they all didnt work.
the mechanism of action with mobility tape is the added menthol and borneol, not so much the tape itself.
@@vaginacoach i'm pretty sure that there are no such ingredients in the kinesio tape. Maybe you use different sort of tape?
