The sad part is that it actually takes an insane amount of willpower to get moving again once you've been brought up to have zero work ethic or discipline. That's one aspect that I don't see many people address.
When you become sedentary, your mental health, motivation, discipline, and as a result, self worth goes right down the toilet. That is not being communicated to this generation. They have to find out the hard way, and by the time they do, it will take a lot of strength the pull themselves out, if they ever do. It is actually easier to be bought up working hard and stay working hard than it is to teach yourself to work hard as an adult. Our parents have really dropped the ball. They spoiled us when we needed discipline and work ethic. Now, many of us are doing the same to our kids.
I hope people can inspire each other to start somewhere. Take small steps, get out and ride a bike or play ball. Start moving, get the blood flowing. Get a routine, learn discipline, find a job.
Be active, healthy, and fulfilled!

Transgenderism as a concept never fails to do my head in. I can kind of grasp the beginning point of: “gender is the superfluous cultural part of sex” and the whole “man dresses as girl to feel pretty” thing. But then we get to concepts like sharing changing rooms and bathrooms or a woman saying she feels like a man, woman and hermaphrodite all at once. And I’m like…how did we go from gender as something superfluous you can play around with to something so fixed you have a convoluted classification for it and absolutely need to use a specific bathroom or else you’ll just fade away and die like a Tolkien elf experiencing grief?

I just don’t get how we go from “Gender is the superfluous cultural part of sex” to “sex is superfluous culturally”, like women have worn pants for awhile now and that never stopped them using the Ladies Room. So why do Trans people think that they need to change bathrooms? I guess if they genuinely pass convincingly as the gender they identify as it might cause drama. Since someone might think a Transman is a real man or a Transwoman is a real woman. But they could just use the disabled bathroom in that case or a third bathroom if it’s genuinely such an issue that dressing oddly leads to altercations in the men or women’s bathroom. They don’t NEED to invade the pre-existing bathrooms. Ordinary people often aren’t comfortable sharing those kinds of spaces with the opposite sex. And it’s not the kind of discomfort and unease that can just be waved away overnight. The same with Abuse Shelters. There’s already very few Abuse Shelters for Cis-Males due to the fear Cis-Women gain about men when they experience domestic abuse. Feminist organisations have even attacked such facilities, misinterpreting them as some attempt to gaslight female abuse victims. When all they really are is an acknowledgment that men need protection too. It’s just insanity to expect that if we haven’t even managed to get separate safety networks for both the sexes that there’d suddenly be room in a Women’s Abuse Shelter for Transwomen. There’s so much fear and trauma and anger and misconceptions and paranoia about these things and Trans people just rock up like “open your doors or your a bigot” it’s not rational to expect someone whose literally scared of biological men due to massive trauma to just unlearn that behaviour overnight. The sane thing goes for the few abused men that can actually find somewhere willing to shelter them, they don’t trust biological women that trust has been broken. Why Transpeople always overlook this I don’t know. They talk a lot about phobia, but they don’t seem to understand that when hatred or fear has been engraved through trauma that even someone together enough to recognise their fear is irrational is still lead around by their instincts. And don’t get me started on the sports team thing. These categories were separated for safety reasons, even if a trans man is taking testosterone they still developed with estrogen during puberty and vice verse for transwomen. And NO puberty blockers in children are NOT a solution unless a child has some kind of hormone based medical condition, (which Transgenderism ISN’T or else people wouldn’t argue about what makes someone Trans so much) interfering with the natural development of the human body is just asking for cancer or infertility or bones that break like chicken wings.Or for humans to become like Axolotls and lose the ability to grow up. It’s like they’re ignoring all the practical and social elements of the situation because they think anything other than “The cosplay must be perfect” is heresy. I got the gay marriage thing cause there were government rights like tax reduction and visiting in the hospital attached to the process. Things anyone should reasonably be allowed to have if they have a partner. But the Trans Rights objectives list feels like the ultimate quest to complete the perfect cosplay for OCD asethetic reasons and I’m not convinced it’s really medical necessity and not like placebo or something. Especially when the premise started out with saying Gender is the made up version of sex.

These people are truly a paradox. They would agree that Gender roles are antiquated, I don’t need to “feel” like a man, I simply am. As a man I’m free to express traditionally feminine behavior and that doesn’t make me part woman, or make me “feel” like a woman. These people are holding up gender roles while trying to rebel against them at the same time it’s absurd
Because they decry logic and reason as "huwite supremacy", all that matters is how they *feel* and curse anyone who disagrees with them.
My problem with "gender roles as a social construct" is that the people who say that are usually talking about fashion choices. Makeup, dresses, long hair and the like. A mans real gender role is to produce spermatophores and a womans gender role is to produce ova and carry children to term. All the rest is window dressing.
Me though? I say never trust a man in a dress. That's why I won't go to Saudi Arabia or a Catholic church.

Ugh yeah, and the harder you work, the more they freaking take, meanwhile if you work a bit less, you keep nearly the same amount of money, maybe 200 dollars/euros less...but you get more freedom in return. Then people call the youth lazy who figured this out and say they won't work full time work weeks. Who can actually blame them when the system is rigged against full time employees. How the fuck do I need to hand in hundreds of euro's each month, or when I get a bonus 40%. Got a 1000 euro bonus...I got to keep 600 off it, how is that fair? It's my freaking bonus, something I EARNED. Why do I need to pay hundreds of euro's each month, but someone who decided to work 32 hours, or 25 hours, only needs to hand in a small fraction of their income. Yeah I get it, from minimum wage you can't take 500 euro's..but why the heck do I need to pay so much now, how is that a rewarding system for hard workers. And unlike rich people, I don't make enough to get all kinds of nice governmental "rich aid the rich" discounts on my house and other loopholes that help me keeping me rich.

You're probably above average, especially if you have a business, even if your business isn't doing quite well atm as long as you're not under water and are making a steady income you're good to go for the rest of your life. Just add some education in dealing with financial assets and you're basically guaranteed to never again live the poor lifestyle. It's easier than ever now to be financially independent as long as you don't get brain washed and condition yourself to the right habits and have decent people around to support you. Every time you see people like that online just remember that's your competition, you're good to go.
