We just washed our new potatoes. Boil with mint, drain, and put some butter on them-perfect. If I went to a restaurant and saw them perfectly clean, I would assume they came out of a tin.
I was an engineer in the Merchant Navy for 44 years, I was lucky to visit 76 Countries and many Ports in the World, Hawaii was one of my favorite places. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Honolulu in 2003, such a laid back place.
Great show, as always! Lovely to see James excited about pork.

I am 77 years old. Grew up in Lincolnshire ( Canadian Mum and Malaysian Dad), ALWAYS scraped new potatoes! 💕🇨🇦
Hi ALL, we went to a farm shop,THE other week And had pork sausage bups and coffee. We ALso got some pork Loren chops . I get tins of marmade ,wich is marmalade pulpe and you mix with WATER and sugar. BUT I mix it with whisky at Christmas time for gifts .😄😄😊👍👍👍👍
ON just leave the skin's ON ,NO more messing about .the noutrishon is UNDER the skin .
