James Martin's Saturday morning is excellent and interesting to watch gives you inspiration to Excell within yourself to create showstoppers and exciting Meals

A brilliant talented chef with a great personality and professionalism within the Chef world

No way did 'dad' wash his hands after cutting the chicken (he only wiped them on a tea-towel) despite a shot of him(?) rinsing his hands in water only, as next shot he was still standing in the same position before the supposed hand-washing (from another programme?)!! He had no time to dry his hands and be back there!!! Several more times wonderful 'dad' wiped his hands with the aforementioned/same tea towel which IF he had washed his hands was extremely unhygienic to use it again after and if he hadnt, as I suspect, was quite disgusting. He then ate the food with his (unwashed raw-chickeny!) hands!! Very lax of ITV to let this programme be aired. And his bossy daughter lecturing to everyone like a spoilt brat! She should have had a word with 'dad' about cooking hygiene!! James Martin couldnt have sucked up to the pair more if he'd tried!! How many times did he comment on the dissection of the chicken?!! The Frenchman looked suitably and singularly unimpressed with the whole item!!!

What idiot did her hair? And why did she let them?
