MC failed to cross.
Increased guide support JR4 to AL2.
still unable to cross the MC.
Direct wiring with rota wire tried while keeping MC tip at lesion but failed.
1.0 mm balloon used to create some space successful this time.
Now MC crossed the lesion.
Rota floppy wire exchanged.
1.75 mm burr at 160 k rpm.
Pre dilation with 3.5mm NC.
4.0 mm stent.
Post dilation with 4.5 mm NC.
Final good results.
