Offering a new option designed to entice the palate through creativity and the highest culinary techniques, the resort reinvents its “The Corner” restaurant following the “Author´s Kitchen" trend and at a very attractive extra fee.

Foodies can enjoy a 6-course tasting menu carefully designed by our Signature Chef, which may also be accompanied by a selection of wines perfectly paired with each serving. This new culinary adventure leads to the discovery of new flavors creating a feast for the senses.
Following Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya’s philosophy of preserving the environment and its approach for sustainability, guests can appreciate delicacies such as Totoaba, acquired through one of the few offshore aquacultures authorized by the Mexican institutions for breeding and raising this precious delicacy.
