This is an excellent presentation! Alissa Anderson (New Roots Real Estate) is a real estate agent in Estes Park, CO, and she is in a lawsuit with her client because she failed ALL of the above mentioned points. Veer away from this agent. She is guilty of not disclosing important information on real estate she is selling. Plays coy when permits are asked for but she does not provide to potential buyers. All ending in lawsuits. Just do yourself a favor and avoid her all together.
I have NY LLC/S-corp for my RE brokerage biz. I am planning to form a NJ LLC/S-corp to start a Wholesaling biz in NJ. I'm hoping to minimize the number of tax returns and simplify my taxes. From a tax standpoint, does it make sense to form a new WY LLC as a Holding Company to own both my NYLLC AND NJLLC, whereby thr WYLLC is the sole member of both NYLLC and NJLLC? Also, which entity should I receive my salary from? WYLLC or do I receive a salary from both NY LLC AND NJ LLC? Thanks in advance Toby!
