Schleich Horses Restoration and Freisian and Haflinger Repaint.

- Come paint a horse with me as a quick art and craft project. This time I restored and repainted two Schleich horses for my niece. Figurines were badly scratched because legs were bend what made them fall too often. I also converted them to Friesian and Haflinger as per client's request. It was rather simple job when compared to fully custom and scratch build models I am usually asked to make.

@themodelmaker totally agree, it's why I haven't been posting anything as I didn't see the point in posting a video without a voiceover 😄
I don't like my own voice and accent but fortunately there are good solutions for that now. Maybe one day will sort this issues too but it was one thing which stopped me and I am happy its gone. Removing one problem at the time 😂

Thank you. I am planning to fix it. When I started thus channel my camera did not have the video. Now finaly mobile phone can shot good quality footage and it is not blocking my view when I work. I have few more things to sort but step by step they vanish. I am ready to put my work here for people to judge so thank you for joining me. I finally record more steps and can add narration without my funny and strong accent. This thing also blocked me because as most 0eople, hate how I sound 😂😂😂

It is beautiful sculpt. I love looking at them and appresiate the sculpting on those when visiting my niece. I have few Schleich figurines but other animals than horses.

Thank you. I have this for few more days, bringing it to my niece. It was fun to paint and relatively quick project when compared to everything else what I build. 😂 Already planning few more videos but I understand first few will be not to todays youtube standards 😉

@themodelmaker Wonderful video and customs! To soften up the material, how hot the water should be and for how long the figure should stay in it? I guess around a minute? Thank you for reply in advance! :)
Thank you. I boiled water in kettle and used almost immediately (minus time to bring it to room and setup camera) and it took seconds to soften it, so much faster than rigid resin I usually work with.
