If it is any consolation, I've got the catgirl idol dolls from UFDoll that use the same body and I remember I had to change like half of the girlies hands to their sort of closed hand type with the pinky out before I was able to put their shirts on because their splayed default hands are REALLY tough to get through those small arm holes. Just the stiffness of their plastic combined with not-stretchy-enough elastic/fabric I think. I got a hand issue too so i always use something like a toothpick or a yarn darning needle to hold the s-hook out, and then I very carefully use some little pliers to help gently guide those tiny s-hooks onto the wrist pegs. I'm a bjd guy in general and I really love stuff like these cheaper ABS/PVC mini ball jointed dolls but one thing about these guys is their tiny stringing actually makes them kinda finicky even for someone experienced LOL
I really love this company's stuff though, their catgirl idol blindbox dolls are my favourite blindbox bjds I've ever gotten, I love the personality in their faces and I like the long legged body they use! I'm very tempted by the red devil girl, she's so so so so cute
