What kind of lift off the ground is there? I've been thinking about getting one for the JD 855. Thanks

As I mention in the video it varies according to how the 3pt top link is configured. As shown it was about 7 ft. However, on a larger tractor it can be considerably more....

I'm having trouble with my Little Buck Loader concerning hydraulics. Did you change the pressure relief valve on your tractor? And do you where is it located? Good videos! Jody S.

      Hi @Jody S.
I've never had to touch the pressure relief valve. I don't think it should be necessary for 4*5 tractors, although I do believe it might be required for other Deere models. I think the valve is located on top of the transaxle, close to the filler. For access you would need to remove the rear deck (easy to do - check my video where I fitted the rear shutoff valve). What problems are you experiencing?

@@tesser5250 I started having issues after I tried to lift/tilt a very heavy log. The bucket has little strength to tilt up now. At first after the attempted heavy lift the bucket would not tip down with the engine revved up but worked fine at idle speed. The rise and lower seems to work okay. Both seem to be a bit jerky with a higher engine rpm. I need to look into it further. Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Thanks Jody.

Have you checked the hydro fluid level to see if it is down? Any evidence of fluid leakage/spillage? That pressure relief valve should handle any pressure the LBL generates, but if you over did it, it may well have opened (that is what it is for) and ejected some fluid. You may just need to top up...

@@tesser5250 I have checked the fluid level. It is good. Iv'e not seen any fluid leaks on the floor. When I raise the rpm's the bucket will not tip down. Even if I lower the rpm to idle after trying to tip down at higher rpm it will not tip down at lower rpm until I tip it up again. Something seems to catch or lockup. Only then will it go down. Steve at LBL told me to try screwing the hydraulic cylinder end all the way out to the end. I have yet to try that. Also I intend to find and check the pressure relief valve. Thanks , Jody.

Ok, good luck with it. It'd be good to know when you find the solution...
