man, coming from pc this shit looks so hard to control. I think they should reduce the recoil a bit on console. The way it is now the Thompson seems like the best gun just because its actually viable to control.

Yeah they should its hard to control on console. I have made over like 5 to 6 hours of pvp on console alone and man its hard with guns. I use the thompson and semi but the semi is a WIP and its so asscheeks with its high recoil. AK is a spray and pray, but i usually tap fire it or in close CQC i spray it. I have no pvp with the LR yet. Handmade Revolver slaps early game for me. Semi auto pistol is good, but recoil sucks. Shotguns are viable as hell bro. Just look and press R2 while looking. Absolutely shreds, double is good mid game for me and the pump is my fav. Spaz 12 is damn good but for me it feels so much weaker than the pump. The magnum revolver is decent if tapped.

Coming from a top player off of rainbow six siege, I play consistently in diamond and champion lobbies as a P1, and recoil on siege is something else, rust recoil is just, absurd, to the point where the patterns are so intricate it’s impossible to accurately control and replicate the opposite of the pattern, so I do hope that developers see this and they tone it down on the patterns to make it more viable for console players.
Just use the tommy and LR if your having trouble with the recoil their the easiest to control for me

Awesome vid obie bro! To anyone farming scrap at sea stop , take 500 scrap to bandit and put it all on yellow I was up to 3k scrap last night but lost it all due to some wreck less decisions! If you get in 500’s u will make crazy scrap fast just watch the wheel a couple times first , it’s seriously an OP way of getting scrap!
Dude if you put on tatical gloves the recoil isn’t as bad as well. Major difference between road sign gloves n tatical gloves. Like a 80% reduce sway with aiming guns
That's like using crutches and walking then saying oh I'm so good at walking...no your not. Your using major crutches just to be able to halfway decent aim. Lol no. Learn to aim without them first.

We’re at such a disadvantage playing console rust the fact ps5 and ps4 consoles can play the same servers is broke. We get that much lag and latency issues on ps4 we hear a single gunshot from a ps5 player and we have light no time to react before we’re dead

i think it isn’t only controlling the recoil it’s more of while having to aim at a moving player and controlling the recoil at the same time

If you crouch when using Sar it decreases recoil alot, otherwise it's super hard
you get less recoil crouching with every semi auto gun and M2, every other gun isn’t affected by crouching
Pro tip crouch with the SAR and it has like no recoil
I just started console rust and I’m loosing my mind with the sprays and idk how to find my settings any tips
Biggest problem on console right now is the zergs, you literally can’t tell me any different. Servers that are 100/100 end up at a hot 30/100 consistently just 2 weeks after wipe because it’s just groups of 5 that roam ak and m2 all day. You just can’t keep playing when every time you roam you run into the 4 man shitter squad that sprays and literally prays they hit something. You can’t get offline as a solo/duo/trio because the big bad 13 man Zerg is 100% gonna offline you for taking their Tommy kit once. It’s such a rinse and repeat type of deal right now because there’s little content. (No oil rig, no cargo, the same monuments each wipe, no underwater lab, no new weapons, the same sized maps, no vehicles, (mobility) crazy recoil, dead servers, game crashes, game breaking bugs, I could really keep going with this but you get the idea)
Once I get the recoil down, my only problem is that my server is ran by 3 clans and 30 out of the 40 players are the clan, recoil control won't help with 4 man's constantly roaming
I’m a bit late but run like a trio or 4 man and keep it low key it’s pretty easy shoot there turrets out when they’re off and raid them

Tip with the sar is to take you’re time in between shots I fucking hate the sar btw lol and for the mp5 start pulling down the the left at the start then wiggle right to left till you get to the end of the mag where it stabilizes and you can beam 1.7k hours btw so take the advice if you want I’m sure it would translate to console also the so is like the opposite of the mp5 spray it’s annoying trying to lean them at the same time

One thing I've been trying is to move left and right with your character to counter the recoil while holding downwards on the other analogue stick, give it a try.
Can you do a vid showing guns with attachments etc that are supposed to help like tac gloves and holo, I cant find a straight answer as what works and what doesn't, especially stuff like muzzle breaks, are they even worth using.

I can tell you that muzzle breaks aren't good to use but I will eventually make a separate video for attachments and anything else i left out like M249

Only thing is, seeing as I’ve gotta use the stick like this to recoil control I wouldn’t be able to do that against someone who’s moving so what should I do in that situation or is there no way to control it at that point
It’s hard to explain how I react in gun fights but this video isn’t meant to teach you how to pvp. It’s just to show people how the recoil is on each gun so you know what to expect when you shoot it
It's called learning the game. Have you never played a first person shooter before...? That's literally every single one of them, control recoil while aiming at someone whose moving.... Go play cod it's probably more your speed kiddo

Holo sight changes all that. If you aren't using holo on your weapons with tactical gloves you are messing up. 🤣
Not really... If you completely rely on Holo and laser/tac gloves your not actually good with the gun your using major crutches just to be able to aim. Get good without the attachments first.

For what? Best scope is probably Holo, and I would almost always put a laser on it, but then if you need some help with recoil I would put on a suppressor to start, and the tactical gloves help with gun sway.
